Not very helpful no assistance given for me, disabled. The bar for cocktails is sooooo expensive. Cost me 35 dollars one bloody mary with 2 shots. The snacks offered were also so very expensive.

Hotel is very good, but I guess I was expecting a little bit more after reading the reviews. What I liked: 1. It is very close to the airport 2. Shuttle service is every 15 minutes, on time 3. Bar at the hotel with some food 4. Good options for breakfast (just to-go), but expensive 5. Rooms are spacious

I arrived at 8:30 in the evening. It was raining outside and I was trying to find parking and couldn’t I parked in front went and got checked in at the desk and the man just brushed me off and said park anywhere park in red it’s very crowded or you can park at the hotel next-door. It was late at night. I didn’t wanna walk around in the rain and it was far away at the next hotel to walk with my luggage, the manner check in was not helpful at all. Don’t know if I’ll stay in this hotel again. I’ve stayed here a few times.

I stayed for a night and I think the room was dusty because I had a stuffy nose and the day of my checkup I had a cough and phlegm not sure if the rooms are being wiped down. I always enjoyed this hotel but will not be staying again after this experience
