Pros: Excellent free breakfast with many varieties. The juices were divine especially the black currant juice. Courteous staff. Room is clean with plenty of amenities and beverage supply. Quiet and well designed lobby area for chill time. Cons: A bit pricey for the condition of the room. 1) small room with aged furnishing. 2) Didn't expect bunk bed. 3) Leaked shower and toilet. Cracked surface of shower space. Please fix the issues (rm 18) Overall it was an ok stay.

Location convenient to wedding I was attending. Local town of San Casciano had some good dining options, and convenient grocery store. Resort within 1-2 hour drive to historic towns/wineries. Morning breakfasts were delicious. Pool was peaceful!

Je le recommande à tous !
Nous avons loué la maison dans un arbre et je la recommande à tous ! La vue y est époustouflante en plus de la tranquilité et de l'intimité que cette chambre offre. Nous avons une terrasse et un balcon privé. Deux bémols par contre : 1) une odeur nauséabonde flotte dans l'air près de notre chambre et 2) les moustiques. Nous sommes quasi en pleine nature, alors lorsque le soleil se couche et que la vue y est merveilleuse, nous étions accompagnés de plusieurs maringouins sur le balcon. Sinon, tout le complexe hotellier est propre (y compris notre chambre), l'aménagement paysager est magnifique, le personnel est souriant et accueillant, le déjeuner est succulent, le stationnement est facile, la piscine est bien entretenue et offre une vue incroyable sur le paysage. Je recommande cet hôtel à toute personne qui souhaite un séjour en Toscane pour voir la campagne, les oliviers et les vignobles !

Beautiful villa. The food was wonderful at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was relaxing with a beautiful view. Massage was incredible. Breakfast was amazing. Wish we would have planned a few more days here. My only issue was we did not realize you needed a car as there is nothing close by. We were lucky in that a winery was able to come pick us up for a wine tour.

location is fantastic but service and cleaning not so good. the room was extra small and the bathroom clearly needed a renovation. I reported the molded condition of the shower and nothing happened...
