Very Presentable
Nice reception and attentive and nice breakfast staff. Excellent heat in room. Daily turn down service. Did not see anyone at tourist desk, though response to leaflets WhatsApp fast and effective. Tea provided.

AWFUL Stay - Do Not Stay Here
Arrived at 12:30am after taking a 25 hour bus from El Chaltén and we were told that we didn’t have a reservation. All of the staff (Gustavo especially) were extremely rude, ignored our confirmation email we had proving that we booked a reservation online, and made us find another hotel at 1am. The next day after we called to complain they tried to accommodate us by giving us a different room. It was so disgusting none of us bothered to use the shower. Too filthy for our taste. Such a rude staff. Would never stay here again.

La afabilidad de las recepcionistas y la moza a cargo del desayuno, otorga un ambiente de bienestar. En el area de desayuno brindan las comodidades y utensillos para servirse te, cafe y medialunas. El desayuno es muy bueno. La habitacion con vista al lago muy comoda, amplia colchones comodos. El baño pequeño con algunos desperfectos subsanables. La ubicación excelente, a pasos de la calle comercial y costanera. El estacionamiento es en el hotel que en Bariloche es una ventaja. Excelente todo. Muy recomendable

Não indico este hotel para ninguém,muito ruim ,cadê da manhã péssimo,quando acaba xícara e talher você tem que pedir na cozinha demora pra repor.internet do pega na recepção sinal é péssimo,banheiro e minúsculo ,sanitário embaixo do chuveiro você não consegue se movimentar dentro do banheiro ,classificaria como muito ruim,única coisa boa é a localização

Pontos positivos: A localização do hostel é excepcional, de esquina com a rua principal do centro. A cama é boa. Pontos negativos: Não há fotos do banheiro no site, pois bem, o banheiro é um terror e consegue estragar toda a estadia. Simplesmente não existe box, existe um chuveiro em cima do vaso e da pia, sem nenhuma divisão, ou seja, qdo uma pessoa toma banho não tem como usar o banheiro depois, nem pano de chão eles não colocam. Solicitei a mudança de quarto, mas informaram que todos eram assim. A limpeza geral do hotel e do quarto deixa mto a desejar. O café da manhã é bem ruim, tem pão com manteiga, leite, cereal e iogurte, mais nada. O wifi não funcionava no quarto, falávamos com a menina da recepção que falava que não podia fazer nada. Apenas a rede da recepção funcionava, no quarto ficou ruim até irmos embora. Passamos dois dias tentando conectar a rede da recepção, perguntamos várias vezes pra funcionária se a senha dada estava correta, ela mal olhava o papel e dizia que sim. Dois dias depois descobrimos que a senha dada estava errada, um verdadeiro absurdo.

Hostel que não oferece o que vende
Foi minha primeira reserva pela Hoteis.com e tive uma experiência ruim. Reservei um quarto quádruplo com banheiro privativo e me deram um quarto com cinco camas e o banheiro no corredor, que embora fosse somente para nosso uso, a porta do corredor não trancava, pois nesse espaço também havia uma porta onde era depósito do hostel. O banheiro além de ser mínimo, molhava ao tomar banho e não forneciam tapete. Acabei comprando um. E o único local pra pendurar roupas caiu e não recolocaram. Não havia rotina de arrumação do quarto. Passaram 3 dias sem arrumar e 2 dias seguidos trocaram lençois sem necessidade. No dia que chegamos não havia toalha para todos, pedi assim que cheguei e de noite ao cobrar pela toalha, disseram q não tinham para aquele dia. No dia da arrumação, colocaram toalhas limpas sobre a mala no chão, assim como a roupa de dormir que havíamos deixado sob o travesseiro. Afinal todos sabem q malas de viagem circulam, não são locais para colocar roupa limpa nem toalhas. O lençol era menor q o colchão. Não havia wifi no quarto conforme informado no site, apenas nas áreas comuns. A janela do quarto foi deixada aberta por duas vezes, num local de temperatura 0, e também não vedava direito, inclusive numa das janelas havia uma canaleta onde acumulava água, tanto que a parede era infiltrada. A única coisa boa foi a localização. Já fiz reservas por outros sites, e nunca tive esse problema. O quarto 17 não se enquadra nos requisitos pelos quais paguei. Me senti enganada.

Custo/benefício excelente
Localização excelente, a poucos metros da Rua Mirtre e muito próximo ao Centro Cívico. Equipe bastante solícita e simpática. Internet boa, embora no último dia tenha ficado oscilando. Café da manhã básico (cereal, iogurte, suco, leite, café, pão, croissant salgado e doce, manteiga, geleia e doce de leite). Por ser um hostel, a cozinha compartilhada ajudou a incrementar o café (fizemos ovo frito e guardamos presunto e queijo na geladeira) e possibilitou vários jantares. Não houve limpeza do quarto nem troca de toalhas nos 6 dias em que ficamos lá. Banheiro pequeno e apertado, mas para quem passa o dia fora isso não deve ser um problema.
