This property was directly behind Loma Linda Hospital wjere my spouse was having surgery. My room was very clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely return.

Lousey a/c, room sweltering on arrival.

Room was 95 degrees on arrival. A/c that blows horizontally mounted on floor so it took hours for the room to cool off, and the a/c was very loud. No rest here.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was brought to the room early and it was remarkably good. It is a walkable distance to Lima Linda Hospital and campus. Highly recommend.

The inn was quiet, reliable, safe, and in walkable distance from the LLU campus/medical center. Checking in and out was a smooth process for me as there was always someone at the desk during the hours I visited. The staff members were very accomodating to my needs and valued customer experience. Overall good stay.

Mediocre Motel

The location of this hotel/motel is great if your activities are related to the medical center. Check in was terrible as their office communication is by a call in method. We called and called the number on the door but no one answered. I left numerous messages. After 15 minutes of wondering how we were going to get a key, I got a call back with instructions to open a lock box containing my room key. They operate as a no contact method with tight office security. Granted this was an after hour check in. However, I saw another desperate customer the next day having the same problem frantically trying to find a way to check in. This factor alone is unacceptable. Rooms are decent and reasonable for the price. Air conditioner is terribly loud. As long as you know what you are getting, it is a decent stay for the location. They just need to improve on the e check in process.

Clean, comfy and convenient

The Loma Linda Inn is an older motel building but you can tell that the owners are doing everything they can to make it comfortable for their guests. My room was super clean, quiet and the queen bed was comfortable with clean white sheets. The AC kept up with the scorching heat outside. Definitely worth the stay.

Very quaint, safe, reliable, quiet and good area, and the breakfast porridge was amazing! Nice people. Friendly. Great AC. Ask for extra toilet paper before you need it.
