The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was fantastic. I wrote a review previously raving about the staff and, to be fair-they were excellent. However this is my last night booked separately. I have to mention one annoying thing... The cleaning staff seemed either under a lot of pressure or just aggressive. They were very loud, often blocking the hallway and hovering around the room waiting for guest checkout (before checkout time!). Also the hotel desk clerk (forget his name now) locked my room 1/2 hour prior to checkout when I stepped outside. I had to go to the front desk and was told "Oh, that's because they start cleaning at 10:30" (it was him that locked me out). I mentioned that checkout was 11 and he said "Yes". I didn't appreciate being locked out with all my belongings in the room. I was let back in the room by him. He did not unblock my key. I was a bit shocked at that scene after five days of booking two rooms. We had been very courteous and friendly to them.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Hilton location. The parking was easy and we were able to walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and free staff were all very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the kitchenette (stocked). The staff were professional, accommadating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient.
We were lucky to have Tiffany and Angel helping us.
This is mostly what we would expect from a Hilton property. We would have given it a five star rating but for one thing: the ceiling lights are on motion sensors and when either my wife or I needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night - the whole room lit up like daylight - needlessly waking the other up. The obvious fix would have been to let customers know about the sensors ahead of time so they can cover them up so they wouldn’t work. But there was no warning and neither my wife or I got much sleep. Not happy campers!
