Everything was excellent except we had no hot water in our Blanco 1 unit … therefore, we could not take any hot showers … the cold shower was stimulating!

We planned a hill country weekend with us staying at The Kendall the first night. Parking is crazy especially with an event going in across the stress but once you park you don’t really need to drive anywhere. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Our TV didn’t work and it was chilly so the heater in the bathroom not working made mornings a little rough after showering. The young lady in the front was amazing though. With Peggy’s on the Green being right there I did wish they had some seating available for the guest staying at there hotel because they had no tables available that evening due to them being booked. Overall beautiful place, now that we know the layout we will be prepared. Cute charming little place. Very hallmark vibe.

Old Texas romantic stay
Had the pleasure to stay in a historic 1800s wooden cabin with all the amenities of comfort. It was very romantic and my wife and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

Perfect location for activities and shopping in this area. Seriously needs updating. I really wanted to love this hotel, but the location was not worth the other sacrifices. We won’t stay here again.

Parking is difficult to find as people not staying at hotel park in hotel guest spots. Can be easily fixed by a parking pass for hotel guests and towing for violators. Rooms with no closet need hangers to use.

I cannot say enough fabulous things about The Kendall! Everything was top notch! The General Manager, Nicole, and all staff were pleasant, easily accessible, helpful and hold a valuable wealth of knowledge of Boerne, Texas! My mother and I took a chance and booked our stay online since we had a conference nearby. I’m already planning my next trip, making reservations for Spring! This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a privately owned inn! What a delightful and refreshing surprise to be treated with genuine kindness and a willingness to go above and beyond to serve guests! The grounds are exceptional and Peggy’s on The Green is a fabulous restaurant located on the property. The outdoor fireside lounge was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting by the cozy fire every night of our stay! It was quiet and also safe. This place is absolutely perfect! Not only the location, but the history of the property truly set it apart in a class of its own! Thank you to Nicole, Shannon, Kiera and the rest of the staff! Can’t wait to return!
