All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hotel room feels outdated. Cleanliness of the hotel room needs improvement. There was a lot of dust in the room, especially the bathroom. The desk was sticky and the outlet on on it was falling the apart. A few towels, the lamps, and the floor had stains. The beds are way too soft and lack support. The pool area is okay. There's no free parking anywhere; only daily hotel valet, paid parking lots, and metered parking.

Great hotel. Loved the room and it was close to several different landmarks in the area. It was also very quiet. I usually don't sleep well in hotels but I slept like a baby here.

1st night my bathroom flooded and had to transfer another room at midnight, next day didn’t receive the room service, asked for compensation at the front desk and they said this booking is from Expedia and we cannot do anything about it It said free high-speed Internet first, the staff refuse it that I have to pay for it upon showing them. My reservation shows free Internet then they showed me the workaround to get free Internet, which is speed was around 6 to 7 Mbps. And it was very disappointing

Ice machine on my floor worked intermittently Upon arrival towel rack in bathroom was laying on floor maintenance repaired it and it fell off again Shower/Tub drained very slow Hotel tried to charge card for extra 175$ staff said didn’t know why the system tried to charge my card luckily I didn’t keep extra money in that account so they were unable to charge card

Nice hotel
It was great, very clean, breakfast offered, the bartender was very nice I didn't catch his name. The pool was a little small for the crowd. Walking distance to shops at The RiverCenter. Only thing is watch your charges, when I first checked in the front desk told me to swipe my card for incidental purchases only, and I said so it's not going to charge nothing and they said no and then when I went to my bank on the app they took out $50 and when I asked the front they said it's a $50 hold and it will come back in three to five business days after check out. Another thing they only offer valet parking which is $35 a night. I got a charge on my card for another $30 hold and they said it was for valet parking so I was a little confused there. When I checked out she asked me do you want a paper copy of your receipt and I said yes please I was charged twice $35 for valet parking and when I went back and asked about it again she took it off and said should be back in my account in 3 to 5 business days. So I will see if those charges come back to my card. But she took it off was polite about it and said she don't know how it happened but honestly just watch your charges and ask for the paper copy at checkout.
