I’ve stayed several times at this location I absolutely love it there. This time the ac in the bedrooms was not working properly and water was coming up a little in the kitchen. Otherwise valet, front desk and everything else was good

1.We stayed there for 3 days and our room wasn’t cleaned even once. 2. Breakfast was pathetic.Same items everyday.Also in the era where people are going vegan ,the breakfast was not even vegetarian friendly. 3. There was no free parking, though the hotel had a parking but it was not free. Also this was not mentioned on the expedia site. 4. The utensils provided seemed like a children’s kitchen set and almost not usable.Also since I had booked for 3 people , kitchen utensils like plates etc were only provided for 2. I asked for extra cup and they never showed up.
