Generally, a good value for dollars spent; decent breakfast buffet. Ceiling light was triggered by motion detector that illuminated light every time I moved in bed. No safe to put valuables in. TV does not face bed. Door threshold was agape 1/2". Could not check-in until 4pm, although was offered option to pay $35 for early check-in

Awesome friendly staff beds and chairs need an upgrade. But rooms and common areas were clean . That speaks for the staff even the valets were really helpful and super respectful. Over all a really good stay .

We had a bad stay
Room 1011, the entire dish washer was covered in rust and mold. We had no water pressure in one of the showers for 2 days. Took forever 5-10 minutes to get hot water. Light in kitchen kept either coming on or going off, it’s a new motion light that’s not calibrated right.

I didn’t know the hotel was being remodeled, that should be posted on the website. The first room we were given was just painted, the refrigerator was in the middle of the kitchen & the fumes were bad. The second room was a little better, but still under construction.

The bedroom lights were on out and kept on turn on in the middle of the night making it hard to sleep. There didn't seem a way to turn the lights off. We rented two room, and the bathroom in one of the rooms was dirty; hair in the tub and the cold water did not work.

The stay was good the location excelent. The only complaint I have was the sensor lights in the room. In the middle of the night if you moved they all turned on! But figured out if we covered the sensor with a towel they wouldn’t turn on. Parking is a little pricy per day. But otherwise would definitely go back.

I thought I was staying in a good room based on the pictures However the place isnt really as it seems Once you walk in it has a weird smell may need carpet cleaning The elevators were locked to only one for people And the second one was only for the workers most of the time Third one was out of service What made me upset was the parking 40$ per night! I had to drive around to find metered parking which was $1 They haddd loads of parking you can see it once you walk in The showers were ok The bed was ok I was 4 in totals and wasnt given enough towels Kitchen was good didnt use it Items were given like utensils and pots plates Walkable area and near the alamo The pool was small But breakfast was good Coffee was so stromg and sourrrrr Please change the coffee brand
