Rest & Recharge at my stylish home that's centrally located in Downtown San Antonio, a few blocks from the 15 mile Riverwalk Mission Reach, 5 Breweries, 12+ Restaurants & Coffee Shops, Art Galleries & walking distance to Downtown. Enjoy my fully stocked kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, large covered patio, outdoor fireplace and San Antonio's most walkable neighborhood! Great for a weekend getaway, staycation or to make family memories!

The Space:

** PLEASE NOTE: This home is pet friendly! There's an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per pet. Pet restrictions to only allow cats & dogs. Please reach out to the host with any further questions! **
** We do allow events at this home. There’s an additional $500 event fee for over 6 allowed guests at the home. The fee covers the additional cleaning & wear & tear on the home. We allow up to 30 guests for your event but only 6 guests are allowed to stay overnight. **

Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans, stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, stainless vent hood, microwave & dishwasher! The quartz counter has 4 bar stools for you to enjoy a quick bite or your morning coffee from the Keurig Coffee machine. The coffee bar is stocked with creamer, sugar and K-Cups that are available to use.

Living Room: Enjoy the open floor plan & spacious living room. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and more are available via the Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs.

Sleeping Quarters: Master Bedroom- Get a great nights rest on the King size 'Tempurpedic Luxe' memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter & a quilt (for the cooler nights). You will sleep like a baby, trust me! The ensuite restroom features a lux frameless glass shower with designer tile and a single vanity with plenty of counter space. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay.

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a King 'Puffy' mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well.

The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a Queen 'Helix Midnight' mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well.

2nd Bathroom: Enjoy the designer tiled shower and tub with anti-microbial shower curtain and single vanity. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay.

For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are available to use with complimentary detergent.

Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offer a bright-open feel! The air circulation/energy is AMAZING!

Exterior: The home has a huge covered back porch with a teak wood table that seats 6 and a teak wood sitting area. Enjoy your morning coffee, or perhaps a glass of wine on the comfortable chairs provided!

Parking/ Fence: Private parking is available on-site (3 cars MAX). The property is 4 sides fenced, plenty of space for your pup to run!

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy 5 Breweries nearby: Kunstler (.5 mi), Dos Sirenos (1 block, my favorite!), Blue Star Brewing (.4 mi), Dorcol Distilling & Brewing (.3 mi) and Freetail Brewing Co (1.2 mi).

The Riverwalk Mission Reach, named a World Heritage Site in 2015, is a few blocks away at the end of the street. You can walk into Downtown which is approx. 1.5 miles from the home. The neighborhood is very walkable with tons of restaurants & things to do, has an eclectic vibe with friendly locals and is very dog friendly. Enjoy live music, outdoor bars/ eateries, or hike/bike along the 15 miles of San Antonio Mission trail!

10 to 15 minute drive from the San Antonio Int'l Airport.

Getting Around:
The Lone Star/ Southtown is considered to be the most walkable neighborhood downtown with tons of restaurants and things to do within a 1 mile walk.

Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are available for mobile transportation, usually with only a few minutes wait. The scooters available nearby are Bird, Lime, and Razor. There's a B-Cycle Station (rental bikes) a 1/2 mile away on the river available for hourly or daily rental. There's also a VIA bus public transportation stop a short walk away.

Other Things to Note:
We do allow daytime events at this property such as bridal shower’s, baby showers, photography, family BBQ’s, etc. Guests may have up to 30 people for the event however the home only sleeps 6 guests overnight. We charge an additional fee for events of $500 and events are limited to two days. If you would like to book for a longer event please contact us with details and we will try to accommodate you.

Interaction with Guests:
The home is self check-in. I'm available to reach via phone / Air BnB messages during all normal business hours, and after hours for emergencies. I'm happy to help with any questions or concerns!
