Get comfort Regardless of Location
When you first walk in we were immediately welcomed with a greet and a smile. Thru out our stay staff were eager to help and assist. Very satisfying & comforting. Lobby was clean, in order, inviting, colorful and cozy. Flavored water was a treat. Loved the available coffee thru out our start in lobby as well. Room is very clean, comfortable and VERY roomy. All sheets on bed and bed in couch are clean ( avaliable upon request). Restroom had all amenities needed to provide a daily assistance. Floors, TV, lamps lighting, AC/HEATER, desk chair & dresser drawers worked very well. Comfortable. Pool area was very clean and very well kept. The hot tub was HOT & amazingly relaxing. The ONLY reason why we chose this hotel to check in to was the got tub. At the time of our stay, jets in tub did not work, but heat was not in short supply. Extremely happy about the pool area. Laundry worked great. Washed & dried cloths prefect. Front desk has all laundering materials needed at a decent fee. The only downfall experience we ran into was the location of hotel. Not all that, BUT facilitate has security policing the area 24/7. Plus gates indoor were locked to outdoor access. I would STILL recommend this location. Can't wait to go back!!!

A sharp alarm which happened @ 3am, when everyone was sleeping. After this there was a water shut down for 6 hours which made us inconvenient & uncomfortable. Coffee was not hot as served in breakfast area. Otherwise I felt ok. Thanks.

It was great for the bmt graduation. Close and easy for the lyft. For those new and going for af graduation. Go through the luke east gate especially if taking a lyft because its a short walk to the festivities. Only issue. Water was shut for while, random fire alarm one morning and lastly its not close to stores if you need tp walk. Close if you drive though. Overall good choicr for a short stay
