The property itself was beautiful. Our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear it go up and down. Parking is $35 a night, not included in price of room and not mentioned on Expedia. Since we booked through Expedia, they required a room deposit, which was not mentioned until we checked in.

Property was beautiful. Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Good resturants and bars inside the hotel and in the area. Breakfast was good when ordering from the menu. The only thing that was disappointing was I booked a King bed city veiw and they gave me a room with 2 queen beds and I didn't sleep well at all due to my feet were hanging off the bed. Make sure you call and checkbto make sure they give you the correct room.

The hotel overall is nice, although I had the last king bed room right next to the elevators. It was unbelievably loud all night every night. The hotel and staff were very nice, but the noise was a real issue.

Liked the simplicity of the rooms, shower and bathroom layout. Nice to have a safe, mini fridge, iron in the room. Designers need to work on the following: Unintentional loud closing of doors by other guests. Most people aren't going to notice how they close the door so design a door that closes more quietly. Red light "off" indicator on tv and smoke detector light irritiating when trying to get to sleep.

Great location- within walking distance to everything downtown. Thought the breakfast buffet was a huge ripoff and only ate there because we were short on time in the morning before heading to airport but other than that no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The area was fantastic and it’s within walking stance to so much. The only thing we did not like was that we had a room that was behind the elevator (1914). Not sure if we shared the wall or what but every time the elevator was used you could hear it. The doors opening, the doors closing, the pulley system or whatever they use. I had the worst time trying to sleep. Outside of that it was a great stay.

Convenient location. The room was pretty comfortable but house cleaning came only every other day unless you specifically ask. I addition, there was a constant noise in the morning due to construction work next door from the window. Good hotel overall.
