Ihr Feedback ist sehr wichtig für uns, denn nur so können wir unseren Service verbessern. Ich bedauere sehr, dass der Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprochen hat und möchten mich dafür aufrichtig entschuldigen. Ihre Bewertung wurde bereits an das Team weitergeleitet und Maßnahmen der Abteilungsleiter im Housekeeping und der Technik wurden bereits getroffen. Ihr Anmerkungen zum Zimmer haben wir bereits für die geplante Renovierung vorgemerkt und werden uns bemühen, diese nach Möglichkeit umzusetzen. Auf ein Wiedersehen mit besserem Eindruck hoffen wir.
