It was conveniently in an area close to everything downtown. There was construction outside but that’s everywhere. They need to have a little place thought to grab pops and snacks and what if we forgot something like a toothbrush. If you don’t rent a car there is nothing in walking distance to grab those things. Also the prices for room service were outrageous knowing the prices of the food and drinks and to be up charged up to $20 more is insane. Also the guide on the tv is two channels off…you pick the channel you want but have to go up two channels to get to the actual one you want.

Stayed here October 11th... Shower head didn't stay in place, and the shower kept cutting off after 1-2 minutes. I killed 3 bugs in my room. But the bed was comfortable. Against my better judgement, I booked this hotel again for the weekend of October 25th. No bugs in my room, but every fixture was loose. Towel fixture was loose, toilet paper fixture was loose. Soap fixture in the shower was loose, but no bugs! Vending machines didn't work for cash or card on the 10th floor, 9th floor, 5th floor, or 3rd floor. Ice machines didn't work on my floor. Then the front desk lady joked about how I should just drink the tap water and that I don't need any bottles water. My wife almost lost her mind. But the front desk lady grabbed 4 bottles for us. And the Copper Creek restaurant was TRASH! Christine borderline rushed us to order those half done, borderline raw fish tacos. Then that angel hair chicken pesto pasta that I ordered wasore mushy than baby food. I should've known better than to book the Radisson again after my first stay. But I will not ever book there again.

Radisson is Wonderful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the 15th floor. Nice view of the city and surrounding mountains. Room was roomy & beds were comfortable. Room has refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & a safe. Hotel has free parking in a covered garage. We will definitely book a room here the next time we visit Salt Lake City.

The hotel is in the perfect spot if you’re going to game at the delta center or just want to be near bars and shops in downtown! The beds were super comfortable, more than some other expensive hotels I’ve been to. Definitely will stay here again!

We were not happy with the restaurant. We were a bigger party, but we were some of the first people in the restaurant and it took over an hour to get our food which was 4 or 5 bowls of soup a couple of salads one sandwich and one plate of tacos. Then when we asked for our checks, they were all wrong and took each of us going to the register to figure out what we owed. We were trying to get to a concert, so it was frustrating. Also, we stayed in room 807 and the trap under the sink had come off somehow and water was coming out under the sink. My husband was able to get it fixed but not before something on the floor got wet. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, and the room was nice and being able to walk to the concert was great!
