We booked our stay through Hotels.com and they allowed us to book a double queen room which the property was sold out and when we arrived the told us they had no queen room available. The front desk gentleman name Rick accommodated us and gave us 2 king rooms. This was amazing, because he could have easy told us too bad. Give this property 10/10
