"I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Hyatt House Salt Lake City Downtown with my two furry companions, and I must say, it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for a fantastic stay. Our suite was an absolute haven - immaculately clean, cozy, and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay feel like home. The modern decor and sleek furnishings only added to the sense of luxury and relaxation. And the best part? Our two cats felt just as welcome as we did, with plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the comfortable surroundings. But what truly made our stay stand out was the incredible customer service. This property has the worst manager on duty that I have ever experienced at one of Hyatt’s properties. I would never recommend this property. The manager and staff are rude and untrained in customer service and common sense. I understand that employees are to find. But you would be better off hiring a child than what you currently have.

Overall its a pretty decent place to stay, really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately my tv didn't work so that was a bit of a bummer.
