Elevator Not Working
Motorized Blackout blinds were stuck half way down. Main elevator (closest to check-counter) had label on main floor that elevation was not working (12/12/24). That sign was not posted the night of 12/11/24 when we went to room. In the morning we were unaware that the elevator was not working. Signs should be posted on all floors!! We had luggage or would have went down the stairs. Luckily House Keeping was right there and told use about the north elevator.

Thing's didn't go so well!
We stay here each time we come to a Jazz game. This time was bad. Paid parking for hotel guests is totally wrong. My wife fell ill 1 hour before the game, so i went to the game by myself. She tried to turn on the game on KJZZ, and found nothing. She called the front desk and was told no broadcast was available in room, due to old rooms, but she could come down to the lobby to watch. Not what you do when your sick. Breakfast was horrible. Pancakes were crunchy! I think we will look for a new hotel in the future.
