We love staying at Crystal Inn. The rooms are always clean. You can definitely hear the people in the rooms around you… and the pillows were super hard. But we enjoyed our time.

This hotel is a gem. It’s old school…the entire staff is friendly, knows their stuff, and treats you like it’s their job to make you comfortable. The rooms are large. The included breakfast is standard, but fine. The van service is amazing!

Nothing wrong with this decent hotel.
The Crystal Inn is a decent hotel in a good location at a decent price. The interior is dated, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Guest services were friendly and the breakfast buffet like you're used to if you travel at all. Nothing fancy, nothing special, but better priced than most comparable hotels.

A little surprise
I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. However, in the morning when we threw back the sheets, there were 2, long dark hairs in the sheets. The sheets were clean so I assumed they were from whoever laundered them or made the bed.

We found this little gem. We stayed for two nights. Enjoyed the bath tub and executive suite. It was fantastic in every way. Old building but well kept. Breakfast was full range and delicious. We will definite go back to this hotel when we will visit Salt Lake.
