I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The outside does look a little run down but once you get into the room, its like a completely different hotel. Its super clean and it is quite. Right next door is a dutch bros which makes getting a drink convenient.

Hotel is an older one, with small rooms, but clean and relatively inexpensive. Staff was outstanding for helpfulness, and recommending a nice place for dinner, within easy walking distance.

The staff were helpful, and the room. was clean. The bottom of the shower was cracked and discolored and my husband refused to shower in case he caught "mold". It was very hard to find using the directions on their own site. We should have stayed on I-5, then it would have been easier. The tv remote was a leftover from a different service and didn't work. The "breakfast" was bagels and cereal, or make your own waffle. Powdered cream for coffee, no protein at all. Such a disappointing experience.

Salem hotels have gotten so expensive it’s nice to find an affordable place to crash for a night. We’ve stayed here twice now and enjoyed the experience each time. Keep in mind you get what you pay for but we’re just normal folks so this works perfectly for when we come to town!

A good stay just a bad decision to order DoorDash
It was a good day and the hotel front desk was very kind on two×1 for taking back my luggage rack and the other time they gave my husband plasticware because the DoorDash guy when he delivered our food forgot to give us plasticware and napkins .
