Cocoonr Agency offers you, located in the heart of Saint-Malo intramuros, this 30 m² flat which is located on the 2ᵉ floor of a small condominium. It will offer you all the comfort you need for a good stay. With a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a bed nestled in a fireplace and a shower room with WC.

Nearby amenities
Bon-Secours beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach. At low tide, you can go to the Ile du Grand Bé, where you'll find Chateaubriand's tomb.
All shops are within easy walking distance of the flat.

Visit
La Demeure de Corsaire, Rue d'Asfeld, a private mansion, part of which is open to visitors. Museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the Tourist Office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts.
From Place St-Vincent, you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town.

Food
On Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, you'll find great local produce: butters and cheeses from Chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absynthe.

Petite Cocon
The property was in a great location in the old town. Close to many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean! Also, the the double pained windows kept the apartment very quiet. There is no view, but that was okay. Plenty of light from the windows. Unfortunately, there was no parking close by. We had to go outside the town for parking. We had to pay for each day and often it was still difficult. We loved all the things to do and see. Lovely beaches and beautiful scenery. The person who met us spoke very little English, so we got very little instruction on how things worked! The stairs were very small and steep to the second floor. People with any difficulty walking could not manage. Also, the door to the apartment is very old and not welcoming. It should be sanded and painted or replaced. Otherwise, we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. Lynn

Charming Apartment
Wonderful location! A little tucked away so it was nice and quiet but still so close to tons of great restaurants. From booking to check-in communication was wonderful. I was given the phone number of Daria, who would be meeting me at the apartment weeks in advance. We drove from CDG which took longer than we anticipated but I was able to chat with Daria and let her know about the changes. Once we arrived she gave us a brief orientation of where things were in relation to the apartment and showed us on a map where we could find free parking, grocery, etc. .The apartment was impeccably clean, very cozy, and looked just like the photos. It is small, as I imagine most in the Intro murals are so more than 2 people would be tight. We loved our stay and would pick here again if we are ever lucky enough to come back to Saint-Malo.

Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour (2 semaines) 3 bémols cependant : - la petite terrasse aurait pu être sympa si il n'y avait pas tant de pigeons qui squattaient les environs (qui dit pigeons dit fientes de pigeons) ; - si vous dormez la fenêtre ouverte, vous entendrez un bruit de soufflerie qui provient sûrement de la chambre froide du boulanger situé juste à côté. Elle s'arrête puis reprend sans cesse ; - le soir vous entendrez le bruit des gens qui sont au bar "A la belle époque" situé plus bas dans la rue. Au moins vous êtes avertis de certains désagrément que vous pourrez y rencontrer.
