Chalet-Sixtine is a large traditional chalet suitable for large groups and sleeps 15 people. 5 Bedrooms - 3 Lounges - Large kitchen and dining area. The chalet is located a 5 minute drive from the alpine resorts of La Clusaz. Chalet-Sixtine is set on the edge of a pine forest making it feel like a real mountain retreat with log fires and traditional features. Nestled in the trees is unique shepherds hut converted into a sauna. Chalet-Sixtine is a large traditional farmhouse located in the Hameau des Lombardes, just minutes from the alpine resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand. It is the ideal place to explore the ski slopes in winter and the mountain trails for walking and biking in summer. ​ The Chalet-Sixtine is located on the edge of a pine forest for an authentic mountain retreat experience with a wood fire and traditional elements. It can accommodate up to 15 people. Take a look at the pictures of the 750m² Chalet-Sixtine. Just minutes from the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand, this large, detached chalet offers comfort, style and practicality. The guest living space is spread over 3 floors. 3 floors of the Chalet-Sixtine are dedicated for you. On the ground floor, an appartment is for a friend of us who can help you if needed. Guest will benefit from having a car. However, there are many taxi services that offer slope transfer services. Very nice and large house
The location of the house was perfect for our group of cyclists. Many ways to go for a nice bike ride. The house was large and clean. All facilities in the house were very good. The owner is very friendly and clearly good organized to have a smooth stay in the house. Thank you very much!

belle propriété chaleureuse avec un belle espace et bien équipé. Dommage qu'il manque des ampoules dans certaines sdb, des appliques aussi, des portes de douche qui ne tiennent pas. Manque également d'éclairage sur la grande terrasse pour diner, bougies obligatoire, des détails qui empêche le 9 ou le 10

Chalet très grand et bien agréable Des améliorations à apporter : un tour de maintenance périodique à faire -des ampoules HS , lumières salons devraient être plus puissantes; disfonctionnement lumière d’1 des salles de bains; hotte cuisine HS; matériels pour faire la cuisine un peu restreints ; pas de chaise longue pour jardin ou balcon A noter dans descriptif, mentionner : pas jardin fermé ( cf jeunes enfants) ; des locataires intermittents dans sous-sol , même si aucune gêne Bref une belle location, moyennant ces améliorations

Chalet très agréable pour une réunion familiale. Vastes espaces confortables. Idéal pour une réunion de famille. Quelques désagréments : la hotte ne fonctionnant pas, déclenchements intempestifs de l'alarme incendie, pas de lumière dans le sauna rendant son utilisation difficile en fin de journée. A notre arrivée, le chalet n'avait pas été chauffé par avance ce qui a gâché notre première soirée puisque nous avons dû garder nos manteaux. C'est d'autant plus grave que nous avions des bébés. L'accueil a été très bref sans beaucoup d'explications et nous le regrettons.

Amazing chalet that exceeded our expectations!
This chalet is simply amazing! We were four families, with kids from the age of 6 to 14, and we all loved it. The house is clean, pretty, and very spacious with plenty of room for everyone! The bedrooms were all very cozy and spacious. The kitchen and dining room was large enough to fit all of us superbly and is perfect for big family style dinners! Fran is a great host who is super easy to deal with. I'd really hope we get the chance to come back here one day soon! Can't recommend this place enough!
