It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and steps away from the community pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts. About a stone throw away is also a private neighborhood pool guests have access to! Nautical Watch is the perfect spot to enjoy that long awaited family vacation! From your private back deck you can feel the ocean breeze as it makes its way across the marsh. You'll have a front row seat to watch all the wildlife Harbor Island has to offer. Early risers will be rewarded with incredible sunrise views. It's the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or after dinner drinks!

The home features a spacious King master bedroom with an en suite bath and a Queen bedroom with shared bath access. Both of these bedrooms have direct views of the marsh and access to the back deck. The third bedroom features two Twin beds with access to the shared bath. The living area offers plenty of room for the family to stretch out and relax. Take in the great views from the comfort of the couch. The living room features a large flat screen cable TV for your viewing enjoyment. The kitchen features appliances and has all you'll need for your morning breakfast and family dinners. The dining area seats 6 and has plenty of room for that sit down family meal. There is a washer and dryer located in the main hall closet for you to utilize during your stay.

Hunting Island State park and beach is just 5 minutes down the road and features miles of secluded sandy beaches, hiking trails and is home to Hunting Island Light, one of the few publicly accessible lighthouses in the state. Climb to the top and you'll be rewarded with spectacular views of area.
