The check in was east, the staff was friendly. With the 100 plus temps the citrus infused ice water was always ready. Facilities were clean and quiet. We walked to dinner (numerous choices to select from) and the movie theatre. Breakfast was continental (not hot) with a number of adequate choices that were regularly refilled. We were very pleased to stay there on a quick weekend getaway after shopping in historic downtown and the farmers market and kayaking in the river. I think there was even a church there we could have tried.

This was our destination after a three car ride and we arrived at 6am in the morning roughly 8 hours behind schedule. The staff was so kind and accommodating as we were all a little sleep deprived. Christian, Kaylee and Michelle in particular were fantastic.

Great little complex that caters well to business and extended stays. Our suite had a bed and a fold out couch that was remarkably comfy. The provided dishes, stovetop, and dishwasher were not necessary for us on this trip but in the future we’d be certain to use. The gym facilities were small but well equipped with all the essentials. The complimentary breakfast included standard items like bagels, toast, pastries, yogurt, cereal, etc. Would stay here again.

Hauled a 14 ft. trailer on the back of a pickup truck. Was able to park in the shopping center parking lot right next door. Staff was very friendly and professional. Needed a good quiet night's sleep after long day on the road. Got it! Perfect location for what I needed to do in Rancho Cordova.

Duplicate key locks??
The stay was fine and the staff was friendly. There was a startling occurrence. As I was watching TV, someone opened my door. The hook lock stopped the door. I went over to check it out and there was a man trying to get in. He apologized and said he was actually in the room next door. I asked how did his key open my door which he didn’t know. He went on his way to the room next door. Not sure how his key opened my door.

Upon checking in the lobby, hallways and rooms were full of old musty smells. The room was supposed to be facing the river with a balcony, instead it was facing a Taco Bell. Due to a family emergency, we ended up checking back out at 10pm to go home. Woman at the front desk, indicated that she would work on a refund because we didn't stay long.

From the moment we walked in, staff was wonderful and super friendly. My little family loved the Grand suite, was more like a little 1 bedroom apt. Clean and great to relax with the kiddos. Close to dining, but we opted to staying in and cooking in the little kitchenette. Overall loved it, will definitely stay there again when traveling to the area
