Dear Svitlana, we are sorry to read this. We always try to do our best to make ur guest enjoy their stay so we really don't understand this comment. We always helped with the wi-fi and other information all the time that she came at the reception. There was only one problem with the electricity that we couldn't fix AT 6:00AM so we told her that the problem would be fixed by the maintainer and we have been told that it was us to cut the electricity in purpose. You understand that is something that we can't do and something we would never do. Also it was a problem for just one morning, not for all the stay of 7 days. If the problem was just the electricity for one morning we really don't understand this comment. Regards
