Very well maintained historic building with modern amenities. We had to wait for our room to be ready but the staff tried their best to keep us comfortable while waiting. Great location and friendly staff.

The Trevi Rome Suite was an amazing stay for our family. We stayed at some good places on our 20 day trip, but this one stood out as particularly good for several reasons: - The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly - The location could not be beat. You step out the property's front gate and there is a narrow bustling cobblestone street with shops and dining. If you look to the left down the alley you can see the Trevi Fountain! - Everything was clean, worked well, and the room was well-stocked with towels, toilet paper, and a mini bar. The only minor complaint we had was the foldout couch. Like most foldouts, it was not very comfortable. The regular bed was great though. I cannot imagine a better "home base" for travelers to Rome!

Only small negative was we couldn't check into our room until 4:30, even though check in was 3:00. Had to go roam around (dead tired, this was our first hotel of our trip). But room itself was great, staff helpful, good location near Trevi fountain. Felt secure.

This hotel was a great option for our family of five (parents and three sons ages 9-15)-- a large room with three king beds, though just one large room with not much privacy for mom to change, etc. The location can not be beat-- steps from the Trevi Fountain and no more than a mile walk from the Colosseum and the Tiber River with a delicious restaurant next door. We were traveling with my parents and aunt and uncle as well, and were not aware, until check in, that this hotel has two "locations" which was not ideal for our group spread over 3 rooms, one of which was at the other property, an 8 minute walk away (despite booking them at the same time). Though both locations were lovely and acceptable, this made meeting for dinner and arranging transportation complicated. The shower, though likely high end and meant to be a "plus", was hard to figure out (body sprays, two different heads) and we would have much preferred a basic shower. This feels overpriced for the amenities but you're basically paying for the location, which is great.

No dining or breakfast offerings. No ice for drinks. no common area seating or court yard benches. Couldn't get a coffee first thing in the morning as staff weren't in till 9am. Coffee in room was instant and no milk provided. Fridge had some junk food, water and pop which you had to pay for. The hotel was expensive with nothing to offer except a room.

Great location and large suite
This hotel was located in a great spot right down the block from the Trevi Fountain. The room was big enough for 4 of us to fit comfortably and have plenty of room for our luggage and to move around. The suite also had very high ceilings which made it feel airy as well. There was a small elevator to get your luggage up to the rooms and that was a life saver bc otherwise it was 3 very long flights up! All in all a good place to stay while in Rome.

This property was all about the location. Literally steps from the Trevi Fountains, 10 minute walk to Patheon, 15 minute walk to Colosseum. If you are coming from the airport pay the 80 Euros and have the hotel service pick you up. They will deliver directly to the front door which could be tricky to get to because you are in the historic district. The driver only takes Euros at drop off, you will also need 7 Euros per day per person staying in the room at the time of checkin. Staff will walk you to your room and explain suite/hotel features. Staff extremely helpful. This place has a lot of steps and checkin is on the 3rd floor, I would not take your luggage up 3 flights of stairs until you know where your room or suite is. We booked family suit 2, absolutely loved it, split level with a huge fully remodeled bathroom. Suite 1 is right beside it if there is more than 4 in your party and you need more space. The courtyard is amazing with its own fountain and is locked to the street at 6pm every night. The property is very safe. You are so close to the Trevi Fountains, shopping and eating. Note, front desk is only monitored 9-5, if checking in before or after you will need to make arrangements. Very European styled hotel but our suite was spacious with a kitchen. You are truly staying in the heart of the historic district.

The property is centrally located which was nice. The staff was nice and helpful and the property was clean. However the locks on the door are pass dated and the room we stayed in had cracks all over the ceiling trusses. The air conditioner was not working. It was the weekend but they were unable to get it fixed. They offered for us to move to another room for our last night hit it was to much trouble. For the price we expected a little more.
