Great location and service
Our stay at the Torre Argentina Relais was great. The staff was accommodating and very friendly. Service was impressive. You can't beat the location which was convenient to just about every attraction in Rome, most were walkable. The only downside for us was the room size, which was quite small, especially with luggage to store. There was nowhere to put it. Other than that, it was lovely. Highly recommend

Eclectic and well managed.
Hotel is located in a perfect location, accessible by car, bus or taxi right in front. Yes, there is an elevator, but it will not take you to your floor as it stops on half levels. We are on a 30 day trip and the staff handled our luggage, so not really an issue, but you will use the stairs to get in an out of the hotel. Three floors, the lobby and 1st floor rooms beginning up one from the street. We were assigned the “Comfort Room” no room number. This room was furnished with a Murphy bed (wall bed) for no known reason. Unfortunately, this bed took up valuable room space and was very inconvenient for getting in and out of bed with its half wall frames lining each side for 30 inches or so. The shower is approximately 24x36 and the control is in the long wall, so you will inadvertently adjust the volume and temperature frequently. The towel racks are inexplicably high, perhaps 7 feet high. It is a lovely and eclectic hotel and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel if for no other reason, the staff, but I would probably ask for a different room on our next visit.

The staff is definitely what makes this hotel stand out. Farouk was so helpful. Thank you so much for your kindness. The lady manager during the day was also very nice. Honestly, every staff we walked by was friendly. The location is amazing. We walked literally everywhere.

Awesome hotel!
Wonderful hotel! Fantastic location across the street from where Julius Caesar was assassinated, and a short walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum. Many great restaurants and gelato shops nearby. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautiful with great service and a great breakfast delivered to your room. 100% would stay here again!

Staff was excellent - very friendly and accommodating. Problem - room was way too tiny. No area for suitcase, the shower was in the main room where the bed was and there was a gap of 12 inches between the sink and the wall to walk thru to use the toilet. If your sole purpose is to sleep thru the night but stay out during the day and you don’t have much luggage then this is the right place for you based on location, cleanliness and staff friendliness.

We enjoyed this hotel immensely. The level of service was outstanding .Close to the sites we wished to visit . Lovely small restaurant besides the hotel . Felt safe at all times. Taxi to and from the train station was 13 euros.The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. Happy hour was a highlight since we got to meet the other guest. The front desk was professional and focused on guest service. We absolutely adored Farooq. He made our stay perfect. Farooq went beyond his duties to make our stay memorable. Thank you Farooq. We will recommend your hotel to friends and family.

Stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. They arranged for our pickup and return from the airport with a private driver. Place is cozy, clean, and very quiet, even though you’re in the middle of the action. Every night we had the « aperitivo » directly on site. Great breakfast was served to our room every morning, and the day that we needed to leave early for an attraction, they supplied us with a breakfast box. If you’re not afraid to walk a bit, everything major attractions is easily reachable by foot (and you don’t want / need a car, trust me). Fif dining options, Trastevere is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and there you will find all the great restaurants and vibe you need. Farouk took care of us for our complete stay and he was a pearl. Absolutely recommend this place, a pure gem!

this place was first rate in every way. We had personalised service and excellent attention to detail. The location was incredibly convenient to all the major attractions. the inobtrusive entrance was challenging when we first arrived jet lagged and sensory overloaded- but we came to enjoy the “speakeasy” nature once we were comfortable and familiar with the area. A great value with our early booking.

The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists. The only thing I would mention though is that our room didn’t have a shower and we stayed there with our baby. It was so hard to give a bath to a one-year old in a bathtub, especially if it is in the middle of the room. This was a weird experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place makes the exception. Everything frk. The staff, to the breakfast, to the free cocktail once an evening, the location....everything was 5 stars. It was my and my sons favorite hotel we stayed while in Italy. Id like to give a special shotout to the gentleman who was a part if the staff that helped with luggage, served drinks, and brought us breakfast. I am horrible with remembering names ,but i believe it was Faruq? Forgive me if it is the wrong name, but he was phenomenal. Everything about this place was grear
