This hotel was lovely, but DO NOT book it through Expedia. We had a flight delay & Expedia was useless in informing this hotel. I contacted them directly. Wonderful staff, beautiful & convenient location. Very clean.

Clean, modern hotel near Roma Termini
This is a nice, modern, and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The area is convenient to the train station but busy and full of traffic. Also, the rooms are not very soundproof. Otherwise, nice amenities and a satisfying stay.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to basic amenities. During my stay, toilet paper and other essentials were not refilled, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, which is something I would expect from a hotel of this standard. I hope management will improve in this area, as it detracted from an otherwise decent experience.

Great hotel, spacious room. Larhe bathroom with a bathtub. Kettle and a espresso machine in the room. The breakfast buffet has good choice of options. Cozy terrace on the 8th floor. And location is super convinient in a walking distance to Termini train station.

Disappointing stay at this hotel !not worth it
There was 3 of us on a family trip. Not worth 500per night on a family room. The pictures are very deceiving. It did not look like the pictures at all. The family room looks like two separate rooms with the bed and the sleeping sofa for the third person online and when we got to the hotel it’s Jsut like a regular room with an extra couch no balcony. The whole thing was very disappointing. 1 elevator for the entire building was wasting everyone’s time coming up and down. Breakfast was also disappointing . Lots of major improvement that needs to be done here and I feel like I got robbed spending 1500 for 3 nights on a hotel that had all of these attributes. Also very small reception. Nearly missed it. Only plus is - it’s next to Rome TERMINI station so accessibility was good.
