Great location in the heart of Rome. Close to all of the attractions. Nothing more than a room with a bed and bath, but it served as a good base camp for touring Rome by foot.

I love this hotel! 4th time in Rome and each time I’ve stayed here. Staff is friendly and helpful! Rooms are clean. Greatly located with less than a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Will be staying here for future Rome visits.

I booked a room with 3 beds although we were only 2 coz most hotel rooms are very small in Europe. Taxi dropped us off at the address and when we went up the reception gentleman told us we need to go a couple of blocks and our room was in another bldg. walking 2 blocks uphill with luggage on cobble stone wasn’t easy. This bldg was worse than the first bldg. The room was big, nicely remodeled room and bathroom and very clean. AC works great. The bldg however was definitely not what I expected. I expected a lot more for paying $700 for 2 nights. Old smelly Bldg, on one of the floors, they have a few rooms renovated and use as guest rooms. It was kind of embarrassing telling our friends we were staying there. Location is good, walking distance to many major sites. Will I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY NOT and I will never book rooms on hotels.com or Expedia ever again. They charge sooo much more than the actual hotel and don’t support their clients if you have a problem. Glad it was only 2 nights and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Very disappointed and it ruined my vacation.

This property is in a great location. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, etc. etc. super clean & friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.

The property and location were excellent! Our only problem was that our a/c was not working so well for the room size. We were 4 adults in the Quadruple room and we found the room size and furniture very comfortable, but either the a/c unit needs to be relocated or move the armoire so the a/c can reach the other half of the room where the beds are. Other than that, we loved the property. It was quiet and had GREAT coffee free of charge in the hallway! They also had filtered water machine so you can drink or fill up your water bottle for free which was a very nice touch! Also, the breakfast facility was a 4 min. walk away and pay parking is a 10min walk away, They are also in a low emission zone so don’t drive there unless you have a permit!

It is very well located and very close to the Trevi Fountain. The reception was very good and very friendly. The only drawback is that it has no breakfast. otherwise very good.

This hotel is right next to the Spanish steps, easy walk to Trevi Fountain and dining. I little walk if you do the Hop on and off bus, but not bad at all. The staff was very helpful and there was always fresh water to refill your bottles, as well as coffee and snacks in the reception area. I highly recommend and will be staying here if I am coming back to Rome. 5 stars from me!
