Very convenient location, close to the train station. The staff are lovely, on the first day, I was given a map and a good route to go for my visit. The room is spacious and has all the basic necessities, very comfortable!!! The only inconvenient thing were the ants in one of the corners of the room but they were not too bothering as I would still come back in the future.

The location is excellent and the rooms were very comfortable. The floors in the bedrooms need to be replaced the flooring was popping up and you had to be careful walking not to trip .

Great, convenient stay in Rome
Very conveniently located to Termini station which made getting to/from very easy. Also convenient to many attractions by walking, metro or sightseeing bus. Rooms were very clean. Floor was showing wear and would be my one thing to update. Also it's not a true hotel in the sense that there's a lobby with floors of rooms on top of each other. This is one half of a floor in a six story building. The entrance way can use freshening up. The staff was great, air conditioning in hot Rome worked well and nice simple breakfast.

Our stay was great even with a power outage to the building. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even ran out to the store to buy yogurt for the guests that morning. Excellent area in Rome with easy walking to Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colosseum, and more.

First off, the staff was great. I forget the gentleman's name at the front desk, but he was very friendly. He's not there full time. The desk is manned from about 8am-4pm but you have a key and a code to keypad to get in after hours. We were able to check in a little early, which was so fortunate because one of our party wasn't feeling well and was able to take a 2 hour nap before visiting the Colosseum. The hotel is clean and quiet. The room was fine for our 2 travelers and luggage. The bathroom was very nice and updated with good hot water and water pressure. The floor in the room itself was not in great condition and could use updating as it was lifting up in place and didn't look great. There's an awesome coffee maker available and they provide snacks, juices, water, etc. In the morning, there was a nice box breakfast with croissants, a bun, fresh cut up fruit and one other thing I can't remember off hand. Nice option in the morning. We left early, so it was nice to have that. Location is great - close to Termini Station and walkable to Trevi Fountain and Colosseum. Great location. Would stay here again and have no problem referring friends to stay here.

Overall a Good Stay with Friendly Staff
The pluses are a good location that is a few blocks away from the train station, close to restaurants and many major attractions. There is also a huge park just north of the hotel if you want to escape the crowds. Property appears to have been newly renovated and was fairly modern. Staff were very accommodating allowing and while not present all the time we’re readily accessible via WhatsApp. Only negative was the flooring, the vinyl tiles were lifting badly (water damage perhaps at one point). You can also hear a bit of the street noise in the morning. Despite this I would stay here again.

Booked on Expedia as the hotel ( actually b & b) was rated exceptional. Said the hotel had a complete renovation in Fall of 2021. The flooring in the room was horrible. The cheap LVT flooring was ruined and had 1.2 gaps between the boards. The shower had scum / metal mold along the outside.

Walkable to the train station and to the sites however they are some distance (if you not used to walking 15,000 steps a day this is not the place for you, However taxi and public transportation is near by to take you to the sites). Upon arrival staff helpful but never saw him in person after that he was accessible by text and responded to questions quickly. Breakfast was assorted bread and fruit that was provided in a box, there was also cold cereal, juice and a coffee machine available 24/7. Interesting place to stay. Hotel was on the top 1/2 of a building - 6 rooms with a common area for reception and breakfast. Very comfortable bed, however the rooms floor needed some repairs. All in all we enjoyed our stay!!
