Decent hotel, the room is very small. The sheets had hair on them and when I asked for another set the new “clean”set had hair as well. The front desk was very helpful with rides to and from the airport and around the corner is a great cafe and restaurant. Walking distance to a lot of locations.

We had booked a room for 3 with a queen and a single bed, but the size of the room was too small and it didn’t feel comfortable. There was no coffee maker, just a kettle and tea bags. The staff were nice and helpful and there was a nice cafe/bakery with great coffee and fantastic baked goods and sandwiches near by that was perfect for breakfast and mid day breaks. The area was safe and close to shopping and centrally located.

Excellent hotel on a very quiet street! I would highly recommend this hotel. The soundproofing is wonderful and you are able to get a good night's sleep without disruption. It is within walking distance to all major attractions.

The property is located in a very good area, walkable from all the major attractions. The management should pay more attention to the property and things in it. Overall it wasn't bad for a two star hotel.

Reserved at last minute when other plans fell through, so limited hotel options. Attentive staff, extremely safe due requirement that key was used 3 times to get into room, close to casual restaurants. 30 min walk to forum, etc. Like all guest houses, amenities, eg paper products, etc were limited. Would have liked to have had coffee machine

The owners and staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful to us first time travelers to Italy. As a matter of fact, we were extended above and beyond help/service arranging day trips, car services, and all travel leaving Sorrento by one very special employee. The rooms were lovely with individual patio: balcony areas for each room, though sitting and visiting with other travelers in the beautiful garden area was so enjoyable! I highly recommend anyone visiting Sorrento, to stay at this charming Villa!!! You cannot be disappointed!
