Reserved at last minute when other plans fell through, so limited hotel options. Attentive staff, extremely safe due requirement that key was used 3 times to get into room, close to casual restaurants. 30 min walk to forum, etc. Like all guest houses, amenities, eg paper products, etc were limited. Would have liked to have had coffee machine

The owners and staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful to us first time travelers to Italy. As a matter of fact, we were extended above and beyond help/service arranging day trips, car services, and all travel leaving Sorrento by one very special employee. The rooms were lovely with individual patio: balcony areas for each room, though sitting and visiting with other travelers in the beautiful garden area was so enjoyable! I highly recommend anyone visiting Sorrento, to stay at this charming Villa!!! You cannot be disappointed!

Very nice hotel with electronic doors for your safety. Clean with an above standard bathroom, large shower ( not what we have found in other Italy hotels ). Nice restaurants nearby for dinner. Close to Trevi Fountains. 1/2 mile walk.

I truly loved my experience with Relais! Even before flying out, the staff was communicating with me trying to make sure our check-in would be smooth. Once there, they were super nice and accommodating. And the room was very clean and comfortable. Relais is located in such a perfect spot in Rome! It allowed us to walk almost anywhere, and if we needed to take a taxi it was easy to get one to Relais. Truly, I cannot say how grateful I am that staying in Relais made our Rome trip such a memorable experience.

For a short stay Rome, this was the perfect hotel for me. It was close enough to the train station so when I needed to move to all the cities within Italy, it was convenient for me to take the train from this hotel, which is within walking distances. The area is really nice is mostly an area for office workers public employee workers so there is a lot of local flavor to the area and you have with that a lot of restaurants that are catering to the local community. Therefore, it doesn’t feel very touristy although one is very close to some of the major attractions I walked everywhere. I had no problems walking in late at night. The area felt very safe, and the hotel itself was nice clean and friendly. Highly recommended.
