Great Boutique Hotel! Would stay again!
Very clean, A/C worked, great service. We stayed 4 nights. We received a bottle of wine at checkin. We received a map, and recommendations on where to go. Great buffet breakfast with many options. When we needed to leave early they provided a breakfast to go. We needed a taxi for the Vatican and Airport, they made the arrangements and told us when the taxi arrived. Shower had a handheld shower head and a rain head. Cleaning service daily. We had used the laundry service the day before we left, and the laundry was done later that day. 15 min walk to the Colosseum and great restaurants nearby, that were even gluten-free friendly. Hop On, Hop Off buses stop is very close, when we didn't want to walk. Quiet with the window closed. Didn’t hear any other people on the floor from in our room.

No place like this excellent property. Immaculate. The kindest and friendliest staff in Rome. A huge free breakfast feast. A laundry service 1/2 block away. Clothes cleaned in 2 hrs. Hop on bus right there.

My wife and I stayed there for just one night, but we had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, it was very clean and the breakfast was great. Excellent proximity to the train station and walking distance to excellent restaurants and the Colesseum. We would stay there again!

We loved our stay
We had a great time, staff were extremely friendly, room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was included, with great selection of choices and everything was delicious. It has an elevator which is so convenient to move our luggage and not have to climb up the 4 floors to the hotel rooms. Our room had a beautiful street view with the basilica across the street. It is conveniently located 3-4 blocks away from Termini Rome station. In one word, wonderful. We highly recommended.

It was very clean and close to everything. The entrance to the hotel was a bit sketchy. No concierge to greet you and only a small sign letting you know you were at the correct place. Also we had to lug our suitcases up a set of stairs to the elevator.

The entrance/building to this property is misleading as it’s very old, but typical of Rome. However once you get to the level of the hotel it’s beautiful. The suite was great as well. One flaw, and this was very important for me, is that it’s not quiet. There was a constant buzzing from some equipment all night and you can hear your neighbour using the faucet/showering. And the room’s scent was overpowering. If the sound issue can be resolved, I would return.
