Valentina was amazing and so helpful. Property was close to everything with access to hop on hop off and buses very close to the Vatican and made it easy to do what we had planned to do. We did call a taxi to go to the LDS temple and that was so beautiful. The visitor center there Was the highlight and refreshing. We also visited the Jewish ghetto, The food There was great. We also visited Saint Peters basilica and toured the city, including the Colosseum and other locations. The hotel was so convenient for all of this. Now heading off on a cruise through the Mediterranean .

Bad experience
Extremely bad experience with the staff, cam from Australia after a long trip unloaded luggage then stuff tell me that they cannot take a four-year-old child to sleep with his parents and the time we could not check in. Not consideration that we came around the world to stay in Rome and start a holiday not consideration that we had a small child with us we could not even use the toilet or anything and was sent away. Extremely bad experience I will not recommend this place for families or anyone.

This place was great! The area where is located is super nice and is within walking distance to monuments. The room was really clean and the staff was really friendly. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

For the price it was a lovely little hotel. Clean and the staff were very nice. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they let us put our bags in and wash up. I would stay there again.
