Our 2nd visit to Otivm. This time we had 2 rooms for 3 nights. Ariana and Lugo manage their amazing staff and facility well. Very convenient location. Superb view during roof top breakfast. Breakfast staff exceptional. TOP choice for Rome lodging.

Great hotel in Rome close to tourist sites!
Great location near buses to Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps. Could also walk to all of these sites plus Colesseum except for Vatican. Room was super clean and roomy for a city hotel. Everyone at the front desk spoke English-but it is polite to start with Buongiorno or Buonasera.

Nice place, remodeled but needs some finishing touches in the rooms to make it more inviting. Very little artwork on the wall, tile floors but super cold in the fall/winter, and are rug would have been nice. Super noisy area, convenient to many landmarks

Great location for sightseeing
Ideally located within easy walking distance of most historical sights. On busy narrow street. Our room was great, no view but lots of light; large entry room with trundl daybed if you're traveling with kids, but if not it's a very nice dressing area. Staff was helpful. Tip. If going on to Cicivheccia to catch cruise, ask for taxi that has a lower flat fee, car service (which is just a taxi) costs 20+% more.

Really upscale property, around the corner from Il Vittoriano. Luxurious rooms, helpful staff, and a beautiful rooftop to enjoy views during breakfast and evening drinks. I would love to stay here again when I return to Rome.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Roooms are spacious, clean and elegant. Only downfall was we were on the second floor and our only window was a low small one that gave a view of the street and sidewalk that folks can see right in as the walk by and the street noise for the loader vehicles can be heard. We were hardly louging in the room so we just closed the drapes for the prvacy. The windows were good to reduce the noise and the traffic was minimal at night. Overall, a good staty.

Great location and helpful, friendly staff. The rooftop terrace has amazing views of the city and is a quiet getaway from the chaos of Rome. Especially nice place for an espresso in the morning. I stayed in the single room on the fifth floor and it's tiny. It was also lacking a toilet paper holder, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but when counter space is limited, attaching a holder to the wall is a good idea. Overall, nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

Not in a good location safety wise I think this hotel need secure locking doors so at night not just anyone on the street can walk in. I would say there is better options in the city it’s very over priced for the quality of the hotel
