Very conveniently located. Large and convenient rooms. Great service at breakfast. No iron in the room. Any time I needed to iron, I had to ask for it to be brought to my room. They would take it away as soon as I left the room.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service! All service personnel were pleasant. We arrived very early and our room wasn’t ready. They held our luggage, we had breakfast in their restaurant/bar area and waited in their lounge. They notified us when our room was ready. Loved the Al Fresco ceilings. We had a premium room that was modern. Next time we would upgrade to the presidential suite. We loved being able to have dinner at their restaurant/bar. We thought the lasagna and ravioli were good and loved the coffee tiramisu with the Nutella. The included breakfast was very good. Loved this hotel!

Smart hotel and room but room was not as pictured / expected per web images. It lacked all the features shown, which were the reason I booked. Our room was sparse, and lacking in character, which was really disappointing. Great location though.

Hotel entrance not marked, dingy and dirty. Have to find upstairs to get help with luggage. Staff extremely rude and not helpful. Recommendation for restaurant first night terrible. Worst ever in Rome. Other nights had to push to even get reservations as they didn’t want to bother. Room was not at all like expected or like our friends room that was supposed to be the same. Staff insulted us 5 times. We are world travelers with many stays in Rome. Worst property in Rome. Too bad as location is perfect. Staff at breakfast great as well as maid. Only front desk day staff and management were rude and not helpful.

This property advertises as a 4 star. It is not. They charge a $60 per day resort fee. There is no resort whatsoever. You get a room and that's it. And ours had a tv that didn't work for most of the 4 nights we stayed. The "upgraded" room was an old room with a rigged lighting system that had wires strung about the ceiling with a couple of tasteless light fixtures, the kind you might find in an old train station. If you want heat, there is none. They don't turn on the system until a certain day or month. So its freezing or turn off the system and there is no air flow. The bathroom was nice. Bed ok. Elevator feels like a cofffin. Can fit 2 people. Way overpriced. Staff is nice, but I won't go back to this place.

A stunning property with amazing 18th century Architecture tastefully renovated. Staff were incredibly helpful and service was excellent. Great cocktails & food and a huge very tastefully decorated room. We booked this last minute as our flight home was cancelled and it was a very pleasant suprise to be upgraded once we arrived.
