The reception area wasn't what I expected. The air return in the bathroom made for a windy situation. Not a great design. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Hopefully this criticism was constructive.
The staff were great, sweet, very pleasant and helpful, the best part about our stay. The room was a small and unfortunately lacked conveniences and functionality. The tables next to the bed are very small and do not have any shelf or drawer for replacing reading material or other items. The sink in the bathroom was unnecessarily huge and the left Very little cabinet space to place my medication or my shaving kit, would’ve been much better if the sink was smaller giving more space for other function. Operating the shower was very unusual and simply complicated and needs learning to operate. The lighting in the bathroom was very well decorated and beautiful looking, but again, not functional while shaving. I was unable to clearly see the right side of my face. Before we left, we saw couple of the other larger rooms, which were absolutely beautiful and functional. I wish we were in one of them. I repeat to say that the staff were the best part of our stay. They were absolutely wonderful.
