great location, within walking distance to some of the bigger tourist areas but just far enough away to get away from the crowds. Nearby restaurants were delicious. Easy to communicate with.

A home away from home in Rome
Affordable, friendly and comfortable stay at a great location at walking distance from the Vatican, metro and dining/shopping. Good bed and tasty breakfast, quiet, private bathroom, AC, responsive service. What more can you ask for?

Excellent location, very good breakfast, lady that does breakfast is a sweetheart. The apartment building is a bit outdated, however the apartment itself is well maintained. Like the phone key technology. My air conditioner went down (only negative).

amazing experience on the beautiful via cola di rienzo, the perfect middle ground and basecamp for those visiting rome for the first time. walkable to all attractions, but no attractions so near so that tourists arent so common in this neighborhood Prati. Great local cuisine and amazing shopping all in this neighborhood. The room was great, simple clean, hot water was good, access to kitchen to rinse or store something in the fridge, really couldnt be a better place to stay in rome for the price and comfort

Overall the stay was fine. The shower is very small. It can get quite noisy as the rooms are in a shared hallway. There was a baby crying a lot of the stay. No one met us to enter, and the unlock process is somewhat challenging as there are 3 different doors/gates you have to access with no physical key. It was also a bit warm, and we could not control the AC as much as we preferred. Breakfast was great. It is delivered to the room and you send your order in at night. Once we got over the unexpected flaws, it ended up being a pretty good stay!

An incredible place to stay with incredible attention to detail by the staff. Staff was also very helpful in helping us find out way around Rome and helping us with a return trip to the airport. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Rome.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a couple of nights during our Italy tour. Place was very clean and in a very nice area with multiple restaurant options within walking distance. It is close to everything. The host was great. Provided information on how to move around Italy and delivered a nice breakfast to our room daily. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully traditional B&B. While retaining the classic features, the facilities are up to date such as relatively modern bathrooms. Our room was simple but light and clean with great air con. They provide little extras such as a hairdryer and a UK to European plug adapter in the room. The lady (I didn’t know her name) who was around every day cleaning and serving breakfast was extremely polite and helpful; showing us the map and giving us tips on the best places to book tours or public transport routes should we wish to use it. The location was ideal for us between Vatican City and all of the other main destinations a short walk across the river. There are plenty of shops and restaurants off the main road (Cola di Rienzo). If you are a light sleeper you do hear the road a bit at night but I think this will be the case in most city hotels and B&Bs. This is a charming, well located and comfortable place to stay that has the true feel of Rome. The only thing we might have appreciated as an extra would have been tea and coffee making facilities in our room but I’m not sure that this is something many B&Bs offer. The water in the rooms is safe to drink and you have plenty of selection at breakfast.

+#1The B&B is located very close to the Vatican city , +#2The lady who runs it is a young very amable person. She texted me to find out my ETA so things would ber perfect.+#3. the room is a large room with view to the street. in day time a lilttle noisy but in genenral nice and quiet. +#4Meticulously clean with white linens. +#5 Multiple outlets in every wall. +#6 Breakfast is European style and plenty of it. +#7. Whe was extremely helpful in her directions and provided me with a map. +#8 Never intruded in my activities. +#9 helped me with transportation to the airport. +#10 helped me out with my luggage. The buildfing has a nice old fashion elevator. So that gives her a 11 but will say 10.

B&B As It Should Be
Absolutely was so nice. We enjoyed the hospitality of Federica and she went out of her way to help us with luggage and obtaining a car to take us to our next location. Breakfast was such a treat. Would love go be back there. Wonderful location also

Stayed at this property for a second time and could not be happier. Easy check-in, central location (I literally walked everywhere), spotless clean room, and friendly and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast with Italian croissants. They even recommended places to go for dinner to avoid tourist traps. Already looking forward to going back soon!
