Maison Letizia is an elegant apartment full of charm, extremely welcoming and cared down to the smallest detail, located in Via Fratina in a period building that opens onto the charming Piazza di Spagna. The modern decor is embellished with warm touches of retro style, the different rooms that make up the apartment, which is spread over a surface of 145 square meters, are set inside each other making the spaces versatile and suitable to be experienced respecting the privacy of each guest; that we hope will become your favorite place and make your Roman holidays unforgettable.

Fabulous Flat: Rome
In the heart of the bustling city is a quiet, beautiful little street lined with shops and restaurants, and a few well-disguised apartment buildings. This centrally located, spacious and spotless flat well suited our family of 4 adults and a child. With 3 Large bedrooms, large beds! (Each with their own AC unit.) And 3 bathrooms - a luxury for our group. A large living room with comfortable seating. Full kitchen with coffee for our first morning. The online photos are absolutely accurate. Checking in was simple and smooth. The owner offered to arrange transportation, and someone was waiting for us at the airport. A quick text to say we had landed, and a wonderful woman met us the apartment. An excellent experience for all.

Great stay in lovely large apartment
Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and massive apartment very close to the Spanish steps. Check in was fairly easy via messages in the app and a quick call with the local rep. The apartment itself is grand and simply massive. I believe the central living room is at least 24x24. The hallway to the bedrooms is about 60 feet long. It was clean and very well decorated. AC works great as we stayed in July and really needed it. Unit has a washing machine but no dryer, which is common. It does have a drying rack. Stayed here for days 10-12 of a 21 day trip in Italy and Greece. 3 bedrooms are great and our teens enjoyed having their own rooms. 2 full bathrooms and a water closet. All were lovely. Nice kitchen that is reasonably equipped. Enjoyed a couple light meals in. Co-op grocery store is close for supplies. Building has an elevator for getting bags upstairs which is nice. Only used it when transporting bags. The Spagna (Spanish Steps) metro station is closed for summer 2024 for renovations so the walk to the metro on either side is a bit longer than planned. Location is still excellent though.

Great location and space.
The location was great, and the apartment was very spacious; our teens loved each having their own room + bathroom. The woman who met us upon check-in was helpful and pleasant. Be sure to note that the window for check-in is short. Our plane arrived into Rome at 5:30 pm. When host found put we would not be arriving until 7 pm (customs, baggage, drive from airport), he said it was too late. Check-in, according to manager, is strictly between 3-6:30 pm. On VBRO site, this is not specified. It simply says, Check-in Time: After 3 p.m. If you have a flight that doesn't get in before mid- afternoon, you might want to find another property or contact property manager in advance to see if later check in is possible.

Perfect apartment for family or three couples
We were most surprised when we walked into this apartment. Looks nicer than in the pictures. Excellent location. Loved the decor and ambience. Three toilets for our family was a bonus and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Walking distance to most attractions. Be aware the tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. Dominic needed an exact arrival time on check in day which was difficult to predict since we had to take a train and taxi and informed us that Kenia needed to leave for another check in at 5 which was stressful. Also there were 6 of us so 2 sets of keys would have been helpful. As well as only 3 coffee pods for 6 people. No toaster as well.

Great apartment in a great location
Our family of 4 had a great stay at this apartment in the shopping district. Very clean and fully stocked, and it has a washing machine which we didnt see in the listing so it was a great surprise. Construction on the apartment directly upstairs started at 8 am every morning, but this is not something the owner can control. Hopefully it will finish soon. We were very happy with this spacious rental.

Memory making Amazing Trip with my adult children
Apartment is amazing! Huge, comfortable and private for adults. Everyone had their own space. Rome was extremely busy for September so this was our quiet place. Cooked dinner one night everything you need is there. Created great memories for us! Will stay again.

Beautiful Space
Visiting Rome for a girls trip, this was the perfect space with the perfect location. Amenities were amazing, beds were very comfortable. Manager was very responsive to our inquiries and helpful. We highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Domenico was the consummate host. The 3 bedroom was beautiful and well stocked. He even had Xmas decorations throughout the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment!
