Great place
This was a great space. Lots of room in a quiet neighborhood. Public transportation was easy to get to, but taxis did not always want to travel this far out from the city center. Overall a good choice for a place to stay

Amazing Stay
It was an amazing experience from the check-in to the cleanliness and quick responses from the host! The apartment was beautiful, with plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. It was also very well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the balconies as it was super lovely to enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning or simply to enjoy the sunset. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were too. We were able to cook breakfast as we had all the utensils and necessary tools readily available.
The location of the house was perfect knowing we didn’t want to stay in a busy area. It was close to the bus literally across the main street. The host was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Daniele provided us with a lot of great information about the area, and was always available to answer any questions we had. He checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay.
Overall, we had an amazing stay at this VRBO rental. It was the perfect place for our family vacation, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Side note: I left an airpod behind and Daniele went above and beyond to ship the airpod back to me. I hesitated to ask at first but once I did, without any hesitation he immediately said, yes. He found the best option to ship the airpod back to me.

Eindrückliches Apartment, weit weg vom Schuss
Wohnung gross, sehr angenehm, war sehr sauber bei Antritt. Schöne Möbel, viel Platz, etliche kleine Dinge, die nicht 100% i.O. sind, z.B. die Handgriffe an den Balkontüren. Duschen ist halbwegs eine Kunst, weil die Mischung von Kalt- und Heisswasser sehr viel Verzögerung hat.
Echt unzufrieden war ich mit dem Prozedere: Am Abend vorher kam ein Formular, das man für den ital. Staat ausfüllen muss, inkl. Hochladen von Bildern der Pässe. Es kam mit der lokalen Steuer, die zu entrichten ist, und einem Vertrag, den man ausfüllen sollte - ohne den gibt's keinen Zugang zur Wohnung (dich ich 3 Monate zuvor schon über FeWo gemietet hatte). Das finde ich juristisch höchst problematisch.
Sehr positiver Punkt: 2 x gut arbeitende Klimaanlage, die angesichts der Temperaturen in Rom dringend nötig.
Verkehr in Rom eine Katastrophe. Mit Tram bis Termini ca. 30 min, mit Bus etwas länger, es kann aber auch viel Stau haben. Wir hatten auch mal 1h 45 min bis an die Piazza Venezia.
