Love the place. The decorations were so eclectic, cute and unique all at the same time! Our room was very comfortable, we were in room number 2, it didn't have windows but did have a skylight which was very nice! Our only complaint was that the closet light would turn on on its own periodically through the night so it would wake us up here and there. Otherwise, no other complaints.

The interior design and is an instant sell but what made our stay even more wonderful was the staff and the attention to detail throughout every part of our stay. I was offered a massage after mentioning we had a long day of travelling, my partner had also hurt his foot on our journey and they were so helpful bringing ice and accommodating our every need. We will be back!

The hotel was great as far as amenities, infrastructure, decor, room comfort, and staff. However, the hotel location is somewhat far from the major touristic attractions. Walking from the hotel to the City center takes some walking effort. The hotel is set up beautifully. The breakfast options were varied and enjoyable. The hotel staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about City activities. A special mention for Jordan, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant and for being so kind to answer all of my questions. If you reserve the spa, I’d suggest that you reserve the gym at the same time - that way you’ll have the spa facilities all to yourself. I also recommend the gelato store located in the street corner near the hotel.

Upon entering the lobby looked absolutely fantastic and you can see that thought and money went into the design. The basic rooms, not so much. But the rooms with the balcony are absolutely lovely. Staff is a bit of a hit and miss. Most were friendly but others were standoffish and even borderline rude when asking about the amenities on property and booking them. Like being told "Wait until the morning". Also, when arriving, no one helped with luggage, but I realized that it was possible to be helped with luggage when I saw this happen for others. The location of this place, however, can't be beat. It's really close walking distance to lovely shops, quick takeaways and nice restaurants.

The aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful but the guest rooms can def use a painting as there are scuffs on the painted wall areas. Doesnt look like an upgrade has been retouched since opening. The bathroom floors can use a deep scrub also. Otherwise, pretty hotel

First time at this hotel and wow it was perfect! Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel its self is beautiful and clean and quite quiet which I preferred. My room was really lovely with ample wardrobe space although to do with there were some more surfaces in the room like a desk/table. The area was lively in the day time and then calmer in the evening and it was walkable distance to Trevi fountain or really easy to walk to a metro/bus stop! Thank you

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It is eclectic, unique, and absolutely lovely! We did, however, have a problem with the toilets not flushing, as well as not having air-conditioning for two out of the four nights we were there. Otherwise, at 10/10.

Air conditioning did not work and the rooms are very small. The bed was horrible and broken. It’s a long walk towards everything too. However the staff was very nice and did what they could. I would booked somewhere else in a heart beat if I could go back in time.
