Close to Fiumicino Airport.
Perfect stay for an early airport departure. The room was very nice. The staff were wonderful. I’d stay longer in this area after finding this property and all there was to do right by the hotel.

The person I communicated with on whats app was great, I think her name was Sara. She left me the key in a lock box to be able to get into the property since I was arriving late. The room was very clean, but the bedroom was clearly a quick flip that was a little rough around the edges. The bathroom was very nice, super clean, probably the best looking part of the room. The AC was no joke either, cooled the room down QUICKLY. The only downside to this place was the astronomical price. Admittedly I needed a place to stay ASAP, and they were sadly the only option in the area that was under $400. For $300 a night, it was way overpriced for what is essentially a room in an unattended B and B. Breakfast offerings were minimal, but the coffee was great. No juice options either, which is super weird for anywhere in Italy If this place was no more than $200 then it would make sense. The woman attending breakfast was very nice, and did call me a taxi to the airport.

This is not what the pictures show, it’s an ok spot for a quick overnight stay but nothing more. The rooms are tiny, noisy as you can hear everything outside the room. On a positive note, lots of restaurants close by and a cafe at the bottom of the stairs, just outside the entrance.

Really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast left much to be desired but the people at that little café were very kind! The room was very nicely decorated and I loved the view from the balcony. Giving it 4 stars because of the renovations that were ongoing. Would visit again post renovations!

We spent a night without hot water, properly working AC and folding twin beds. This B&B it's not luxury, looks like it was recently renovated but the mechanicals weren't in working condition at our stay. It was inconvenient for us and I will not recommended it.

The original check in was difficult because someone isn't actually there to check you in. We had to call the number on the door and get instructions on how to enter. We were led to a different building than the original address which was a bit nerve racking at first. We had some communication issues and the property owner's messages weren't being delivered to my phone. We figured it out and entered the building. We were pleasantly surprised at the room we were given which was new, beautiful, and clean. It had an nice terrace where you can look out at the water. The area was really nice and like a cute seaside town with tons of restaurants and nice views. Overall it was a great stay at the end!

We wound up here last minute when our flight was cancelled. It was a wonderful little town and the boutique was beautiful, clean, and in a great safe location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The area has many nice restaurants all walkable. This place definitely eased our stress after being stressed out by a cancelled flight.

We were 4 adults and the room had one queen size bed and 2 camping size bed. Absolutely not adequate for 4 adults. Plus breakfast was average at best with instant coffee and average fresh bake goods. The value for what we got was not up to par. Parking is not included and it could get crowded close to tve main street. But the location is awesome, walking distance from great restaurants and 15 min away from airport. Very clean as well. Be mindful of long step of narrow stairs as well. With luggage and older parents, not ideal.
