This is one of the best located apartments in Rome. Trevi Fountain within 1 minute walking time , a lot of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, ext. It’s also located on one of the main streets sow taxi, local transport or electric bike rent is not a problem.. we were 3 people in a ver accommodating room , the owner himself took his time to welcome us and make us feel at home. The best of best 👌

The rooms are outdated. Mold in the shower, air conditioner barely works, towel holder barely holding on the wall! Service was good can’t complain about that. Not sure what is going on with hotels.com but they should start revisiting the hotels they do business with

Rooms are very nice but the A/C didn’t work very well. Staff were nice and informative. The major problem was the A/C … we stayed almost the entire night very hot, we thought to open the balcony doors to get some more air, but the noise of the streets wouldn’t let us sleep.

This was a terrible stay, it was dirty the people that were at the front desk were extremely rude, they aren't very communicative. I called them 10 times to be let into the building and was only let in by a past guest since a code is needed. It is more like a noisy, dirty place. Not to mention that the photos and descriptions of the said “luxury” suits were very misleading. The shower was inside the room, and it was extremely dirty there was rust all over the bathroom and shower wall. Cracks along the walls and the “white” paint had gross stains all over them. Although the location was convenient It does not trump over confort I would never come back again. We only stayed because they refused fused to refund us anything at all, extremely misleading.

This is a guest room in a building where you have your own code to access. Rooms are clean and small, but you're out and about all day. Ruben helps with local recommendations. My only "complaint" would be that the air conditioning is not like we are used to. Not sure if it wasn't working. I did mention it to staff and they went to fix it, however, last night we had a hard time sleeping because it was very warm! A cold shower helped. Over all, I'd recommend because of its proximity to all the sights in Rome

After a full day of walking tours I decided to take a nap one afternoon. Wife left and went to get dinner. Was surprised by a staff member just walking into our room unannounced during my nap. Also, the following morning we packed everything up and walked around the corner to see the Trevi fountain one last time. When we got back all of our stuff was in the hallway and they were cleaning the room. 10 minutes before checkout time. Was not happy with the staff. Room is very convenient to restaurants and attractions.

Booker beware. This is not a hotel this is a, “guest house” which they will tell you when you, “check-in” that is assuming someone is there to buzz you in. This is essentially rooms inside an apartment building. The AC worked really well and it was in the area we wanted to stay but on an extremely busy street. The house keeping was great. There is no breakfast or room service. There is a restaurant across the very busy street that has breakfast, lunch and dinner but you have to wait a long time for the light to change so you can cross safely. There is a small elevator but you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to it and the “guest house” does not have a porter. Also, the safes did not work in 2 of our 3 rooms. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Keep looking.
