One block from the beach, we spent our last day in Italy at the beach on lounges under an umbrella for next to nothing -compared to U.S. prices. We ate a nice dinner at the hotel for very inexpensive. I would stay there again. They are a short drive from the airport which meant we were able to get a little more sleep before a 6:00 am flight.

The owner of this place was very nice upon our arrival showed us where to park and helped us with our luggage. On the negative side,he did say that the area was safe but it seems like a bad neighborhood with run-down buildings around. Even though we walked to a restaurant that the owner recommended (excellent by the way) we wanted to come back before dark as we would not walk around this neighborhood at night. It is a bit noisy many dogs barking and of course planes flying close. The room itself has concrete floors and we did not use the shower as I did not feel it was very hygienic. It is humid inside. The beds are o.k. The rooms are on ground level with a patio door that can be locked and another very thick steel door that I recommend you lock also

This is not a hotel . Please do not go there . Is far from airport, area is not a safe , the rooms has 2 door one of them is like a garage door that you need to lock both door with key . Breakfast is not good , coffee machine broken . They tell you sorry , coffee machine does not work . Overall deserved 1 . If you have heavy bag , you need to carry from stairs , no elevator. This is only a house ,

Nice place just a couple of blocks from the beach with several dining options nearby. Staff is very kind and helpful and transportation to and from airport was convenient. Breakfast bar had many choices of yummy breads, yogurt and cheese/ham platter. Comfy bed.

I found there no restaurants, only at the beach, food was poor, supermarket was quite a walk away, nothing to do or see other than the beach. You need a car or a taxi to get you anywhere

This is the cutest property! Stefano and staff were the absolute best. True hospitality. The hotel is less than a minute from the beach. Truly enjoyed my stay and will be back the next time I’m near Rome

Nice little boutique hotel with breakfast included, clean overall and located close to both the FCO airport and a beach! There are plenty of dining options within walking distance and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice and convenient stay close prior to a next day flight.

Everything was terrific. Stefano met us at the airport and transport to and from was great. He also was extremely helpful and friendly. The dinner was delicious pizza and the continental breakfast was yummy. The lady who served us both times was very sweet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet. The courtyard and rooftop deck were a great addition. Also the beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this stay

Nice clean place to day for our morning flight out of Rome the next day. We also arranged for an easy pick up at the airport which was great. We left early so couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast. The hotel’s central courtyard is peaceful.

Upon arrival de desk supervisor welcome us nicely with an expressive. Our room wasn’t ready, so we changed our clothes to swim suits and went to the beach, we left all our belongings in the office. The room was clean , however bear in mind this hotel is like a bed an breakfast, therefore room was 3 stars. What I most like was the security of premises, how close is the beach to the hotel and primarily that the staff went above and beyond to help us with our flights home and the transportation. I highly recommend this hotel

This place is ideal for a vacation of peace and relaxation. I would describe it as more of a brled and breakfast than a standard hotel. The rooms are quaint and simple but have everything you need. Despite being right next to the airport, its incredibly quiet especially with the doors closed. The beach is one block away, and not overcrowded. The complimentary breakfast was simple yet delicious. Their shuttle to and from the airport is fairly priced, much cheaper than a taxi. If you drive, there is a parking lot right next to the hotel. There are not a lot of resteraunts within walking distance but the ones that are are fantastic. We were only there for a couple days but we were very happy with our stay and wouls definitely stay again!
