This is a great hotel choice for a family looking for a budget hotel in Rome. Me and my family of four stayed in the quadruple room. It was a little small and the air conditioner didn't work well but for the price it was worth it. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. For that reason alone we would stay here again! They also included a breakfast buffet which is always a nice way to start your day!
Great location . Walked from the train station in about 15 minutes. We were met by the owner who gave us a map showing us many highlights of Rome many of which were walkable.
Nice breakfast.

Staff was wonderful and free breakfast was a nice touch. As well as the nice introduction to rome
Guy at check in ,don't recall name (sorry), went out of his way to give lots of local advice . Was very welcome as we had been expecting unmanned keycode entry. Saw him regularly and couldn't been more friendly and approachable. Room was very clean and spacious . Included buffet breakfast was good way to start each days experiences.
Nearby Villa Borghese Gardens were a nice chilled area to explore away from the hustle bustle of the famous tourist spots.
Meal at Al Forno della Soffitta just round corner on our last night was proper . Suggest booking.

The manager was very helpful. The place was clean and the beds very comfortable. We stayed a total of 3 nights. First night was when we arrived in Rome. That room would not be good for someone who might trip and fall. There are several levels in one big room. The second time we had a smaller room that was very nice. Unfortunately the one problem we had was the need to plug in CPAP machines but when you turned the lights out to go to sleep the plugs near the bed also went out. Luckily we had extension cords to use a plug which was not on the same circuit. Although it wasn’t ideal, it worked for us. Once we figured out the buses it was a short walk to the bus stops for buses e going to the train station or to the Vatican. Several restaurants were near by.
Had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. Wish the air conditioner worked better but the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great! William was very helpful in giving us lots of helpful information!
When first walk in the hallways had water dripping from ceilings so had to be careful from falling down, but I fell I. The stairs since floors were very slippery. Room was so small that we had to put our bags on the floor and when came back my clothes were wet from water coming from AC direct to my bags, then I was offer a worst room (like a landfall) from AC system! And not for free but with a discount! I had to move to another hotel and for my clothes I had to pay 60 Euros for washing and no refunds from property owner
