My room was big and clean, what i didnt liked it was the area is populated by black people who are drinking and smoking , it is not safe to walk night time especially for women,

First thing have euros on hand to pay a room tax fee. Credit card not accepted only cash-euros. The room was located on a busy street with street lights streaming in at night and noise from people, cars, and motorcycles.

I was at this hotel with my wife 2 nights, Sept 24th & 25th 2024. This hotel is very close the the main train station on a quiet street. The room was very nice and clean. It is a family run hotel and had several interactions with the father and especially the son who helped and solved any issues very quickly. I recommend eating at their restaurant attached as food was very good at a reasonable price. The owner and tall waiter were funny and entertaining. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Have no negative comments and will stay here again if I ever go back to Rome. Thanks Clarence & Wendy from Ottawa Canada

Your staff was not friendly or helpful when the fridge did not work for 2 days. I suggest your front desk staff be more friendly to guests. This was quite disturbing to me. The fridge was fixed only when they saw the negative review.

Only issue is a bit hot when I check in at lobby which is small and stuffy, otherwise no complain, room is acceptable size for the price and center area which is extremely close to railway station

Does not look like picture Room was coffin sized 6’x 12’ The room was so small that the bed blocked 1/2 of the hallway making it a safety hazard Tiny bed i am 6’3 and me feet hung over the edge Sink and Shower drain stopped I fixed the sink the hotel couldn’t be bothered to fix the shower after the flood (their shower has no edge to stop the water it is just a flat slab of granite or marble The area is unsafe they have a locked gate in the hallway that you need a room key to use The area is extremely loud There was no safe in the room The positives It is close to the train station, 5 min walk STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
