The AC would go up at night and during the day without adjusting the settings. It never stayed where it was set. Hotel/room were clean and had enough of what we needed for the duration.

The staff was beyond helpful and kind. If there was an extra star for the staff then I would give it to them. A huge complaint was the smell in the bathroom. We thought it was a dirty towel or a drain at the beginning but it ended up being black mold under the boards in the shower. My daughter and I woke up to swollen faces and red eyes. I took photos and had I known where the smell was coming from right away then I would have changed rooms/hotels. We are allergic to mold and especially black mold. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Very nice place in the heart of downtown. Can walk to anything from the hotel. Rooms were modern and boutique style. Small reception area which was upstairs. Elevator was difficult with luggage but workable.

We spent three nights here. Very cool elevator! We would definitely return. Location was perfect. The hotel was a bit tricky to find as we’d never been in Rome but learned that’s not uncommon. AC was needed after a day of touring anround. Only complaint is the shower had sporadic pressure.

Very easy checkin and checkout. Friendly helpful staff. The hotel was well worth the price with clean rooms filled with smart technology and great air conditioning. I would stay there again for my next time in Rome.

The hotel is in a great area and the in house staff are very helpful. The rooms were not maintained very well, such issues as cracked shower screens , faulty shower and marks on the wall was what we found. The cleaning of the rooms was not good, marks and stains all over the place along with the cleaning staff not swapping bedding regularly and not showing up at all on some days.

Great place to stay in Rome!
Spent 5 days and 4 nights at the Hotel Trecento. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is great and so is the staff. The beds are really comfortable especially after a long day of sightseeing. We had figure out how to use the remotes regarding the lights, tv and AC, and the Tomas was very helpful and patient with us. I recommend booking tours of the Vatican and the Colosseum since it will save you time. Waiting on line for tickets takes a long time. The best food we had was at a place called antica trattoria da pietro al pantheon. Enjoy!
