Nice hotel at spanish steps
Nice 3 star hotel at the top of the spanish steps, just few meters from metro station. Friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Hotel is old style but bathroom is very modern. However there's no elevator, so have to carry suitcase by steps

Great location, staff were very helpful. Couldn't fault it. It is at the top of the Spanish steps but you can leave in the other direction if you want to avoid the steps (or call a cab!). Would definitely go back

I stayed for four nights at the Hotel Scalinata di Spagna between Dec 2 - Dec 6, 2024 and very much enjoyed my stay over there. The location is an obvious plus since the property is close to the Spagna subway metro station, shopping centers and is within walking distance from most of the major tourist attractions in Rome. The staff were polite and pleasant, and the amenities functioned exactly as they were meant to. I would personally return to the hotel and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic spot!
Incredible location right at the top of the Spanish steps! *Note: if steps are not for you, this won’t be either. The metro is at the bottom of them. They very kindly let us check in super early, around 10am, so we could nap after our flight. The room with the patio is a MUST! Wish we’d stayed longer to use it more! Decent continental breakfast but they do have an excellent espresso machine. Extremely friendly staff. Would stay here anytime.

We stayed in Apt 1, a charming 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom flat and a sitting area with efficient kitchen. A large, marble spiral stairwell is used to access the apartment and is located at the top of the Spanish Steps. We will stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Spagna to others.
