Hotel is in very convenient place, close to metro and short walk to Vatican. Area is safe with many cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel facilities need some upgrade, bathroom and shower are rather small, but considering that I spent most of the day outside it did not seem that troubling. Hotel staff is excellent, very professional and kind, and helped with any inquiry I had.

Hotel Prati is a great hotel located near Vatican City. Easily accessible from bus and metro stops. Front desk is staffed 24hrs and they are helpful and available to answer your questions. Breakfast is available on site.

I do not recommend this property for more than a night. I stayed in room 113 there was mold in the shower, the shower drain was clogged and I did not like the fact that you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you want to leave.

Has everything a night stay needs, prime location, individual shower, very close to restaurants of different classes and supermarket. Staff is welcoming and responsive. Even including breakfast for its price range. Only problem being it's too close too the center and could be noisy late night, earplug recommended. Infrstrcucture is not top tier (old) but people who seek that should go for more expensive places.

NO AC. It was advertised and listers, but not available. Also, I messaged in advance for an extra pillow. I was not provided an extra pillow. I have a medical condition and need that accommodation. I specifically requested it again at check in and was told I had 2 pillows and that should be enough. Breakfast? Very meager but sufficient. The lack of advertised AC was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The hotel does have an elevator. Will not stay here again.

This was the perfect location for us to visit the Vatican, ancient Roman sites, and to base several day trips from. The staff were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great location, 4 mins walk to Vatican Museums. This is an standard old European hotel, staff are very nice and helpful. My room is at the basement, no window, so the ventilation is not so good. But with this price and location, i think this is a perfect choice.
