Thanks for your review. First of all we apologize again for the fact that on the day of arrival we had a broken elevator. But as we told you it was a matter of hours. Instead of making you wait, we preferred to transfer you to our sister hotel just 60 meters from ours.We are sorry to read your words when we paid for a much more expensive hotel to make you feel good. I remind you that you were only supposed to stay one night and instead you didn't want to come back to us. We understand this and have gladly accepted it. But you must know that this transfer had a higher cost of 300 euros. So we wonder what gesture did you think you didn't get?
