I was not excited about this property. It is located on the fifth floor of a building that houses other smaller hotels. The room was very small and we could barely walk, let alone sit on the toilet. The hotel staff was pleasant enough and conditions in the room were not filthy. So, it seemed like there was an effort, but the property itself is simply below average. I smelled cigarette smoke coming from one of the rooms when i was there, a real turnoff. This hotel is suitable if you were traveling alone and need a place to sleep one night before catching the train at Termini, which a few blocks away.

the property was in a shared building with other companies, which i thought was interesting. the staff was all incredibly friendly and welcoming, and i loved that. the only thing i disliked was that we had trouble locking the bathroom door in our room. the hotel had an old school feel to it, and we received a small breakfast via room service each morning

Nice place very close to Termini. Not far from either Cavour or Termini Metro line. It is not quiet, but big cities in Italy are not quiet.

A wonderful small place very close to the Termini and within a walking distance from the Colosseum. Friendly staff. Safe. Upstairs, 5th cloor. Serves a coffee, juice, and croissants for breakfast

Easy to find, quaint and accessible. Didn’t know when I booked online, but the hotel is close to a Hop on Hop off bus line and the central train station. Allowed us to walk around Rome and see all the sights, shop, eat and find rooftop entertainment for drinks. An awesome first trip to Rome!

Good rooms, great staff. Highly recommended!
This is a small boutique hotel near the rail terminus and many attractions, including the Coliseum, Spanish Steps, and the Villa Borghese, and incudes a free breakfast via room service. The room is very basic, but it has comfortable beds, A/C and a mini fridge. The best part of the stay was the incredible friendliness of the staff. My wife had her wallet pickpocketed, and the main front desk person, Irene, went to great lengths to help us to get a replacement.

Roma la eterna!
Very friendly the staff and the room clean and good spa e. Very nice location , 3 blocks from Termini. Lots of restaurants nearby. I recommend it. They have also the option of luggage storage 🤗
