The customer service was excellent. Kudos to the Team. Given the logistics, it was a challenge to get to front desk which was at the top floor, with limited access to the single, small elevator which services all floors.

AC not sufficient
The AC in our room was either not working or insufficient. They had no fans. I would not recommend the hotel since it was impossible to sleep because of the heat.

This is a very very small hotel, covering 1-2 levels of the building where it is located. It is close to the train station and eateries. The toilet seems makeshift and is extremely small. However the staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked this primarily because we were coming into Rome in the afternoon by train and leaving early the next morning. We wanted somewhere that was convenient for coming and going and maybe see a few sites. Staff was amazing with helping with everything. It is not a fancy hotel but perfect for our needs.

Great spot near Roma Termini
Stayed here in room 13 for one night, was traveling solo before heading home to Philadelphia. The hotel is a two minute walk to Roma Termini, the staff was very friendly and gave me great tips for taking the train to the airport the next day. The room itself was very small and basic, perfect for a solo traveler, maybe a couple, the air conditioning was amazing, a great relief from the heat of Rome. I only wish there was a little suction cup style shelf in the shower to hold toiletries, I. had to sit my soap and shampoo on the floor since there was nowhere to sit in in the shower. That's the only negative I found about my stay, a very basic negative if ever there was one. The staff brings you a small breakfast (juice, coffee/espresso, and a croissant) in the morning at a time of your choosing, that was a nice treat! Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself in Rome and want to be near public transportation.

The property was very easy to find as it is located a few minutes walk from the train station. The room itself is small, and the bathroom was also small, not enough room to move around, especially the shower - management should use a non-slip rug inside the shower as it is quite slippery. The hotel itself is located on the 5th floor, but there is a lift, however it can only fit 1-2 max passengers. One can certainly walk up the stairs but it's a bit of a climb and an exercise. Breakfast was your typical Italian offering of bread/croissant and a drink of your choice (coffee or juice). However, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The surrounding area looks sketchy - it is after all near the train station where you will see homeless people hanging out around the street corner. Overall, our experience was good, the bed was comfy enough for a 1-night stay.
