I really liked staying here. All of the property staff were helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Hotel was clean and spacious. Convenient 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and to some good restaurants.

Such an unassuming cute little hotel. The only issue with it, was upon arrival, the room fragrance was very strong and overpowering. It gave me a pretty extensive headache. I had to open the windows to air it out. Other than that, the hotel was super cute, nicely appointed and convenient to restaurants and sites!! Staff was attentive and helpful. There's no breakfast, but plenty of places around to go for eats!

This property is perfectly located to walk to many of the main sites and also one of the main shopping streets that is less than a block away. The rooms were great and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Alessandra one of the desk staff was extremely helpful and engaging. She had great advice and recommendations. We had stayed at this Hotel 10 years ago and we loved it again this time. We highly recommend Hotel Mancino 12 and we will stay there again on our next trip.

This property exceeded all expectations! It is SO central to everything. We were able to walk everywhere, to the colosseum, trevi fountain, pantheon and even Vatican City was only 30 minutes walk. The hotel was really beautiful. Our room was clean and very cool (so grateful when it was 37 degrees!) The mini bar was the best priced mini bar we’ve seen. The staff were really lovely and helpful. They recommended so many gorgeous restaurants and sorted our transport to the airport. We will be back!

Hotel was nestled in a quiet alleyway very close to most of the major Rome attractions. Nearby was a 24 hour cafe where you could get breakfast, coffee and drinks. Sometimes this is hard to come by in Rome so that was great. Super friendly staff and the lobby was nice. Our room was clean and seemed well kept. Only minor issue was the smell from the drain in the shower could get bad, but having stayed in Rome before it’s often and issue with the old city plumbing, not the hotel. Overall I would stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and staff were great at sorting any issues. Slight reduced rating for two reasons - firstly breakfast was advertised as part of the package and still is but on arrival we were told this was not available. Secondly, we asked for an iron which is no problem at any hotel I have stayed in but nothing was available which is very strange when you are catering for people who have generally flown from afar to get there.

Love my stay.
The hotel is in the middle of everything. Walkable to many main attraction. Yet, the hotel is in a quiet and safe ally. The hotel is clean although no breakfast but plenty of dining options nearby. Soundproofing is not so great if u are sensitive to noise. Services are also good. Side note: The restaurant right next to the hotel is also exceptional.
