Check-in was slow, but after that we couldn't have been happier. The large quad room put a wall between us and the kids, and everything in the room was in good repair. The breakfast was good (especially by American standards), and when we had to leave for the train station on our check-out day, they provided us with a prepared to-go-bag.

Access for coffee maker in common place is a must.....but NOT available until 7.00 am when breakfast starts. Most people prefer to have a cup of coffee early morning and plan for the day to visit areas. Or at least provide coffee , sugar, cream in room..... Breakfasts was good.

Hotel location was perfect 30 minutes walking distance from monuments. Breakfast was great . Rooms are spacious and very clean. One issue I had forgotten a pair of very expensive sunglasses while sitting on the lobby area , another guest recover them and gave them to the receptionist at the front desk , when I noticed I lost my glasses few hours later I ask at the lobby and the receptionist said yes , that they were given to the other receptionist, that the last he seen the glasses they were in the counter , the receptionist call the other receptionist to find out where he put the glasses and he said that supposedly they were taken to the police station with other items that they were found on the same day , so at that point he told me go to the police station and get them tell them that your staying at this location , at that point I went to the police station spoke to a very rude cop and he said that they don’t have anything 😩😳 to fill out a report the next day … so at that point I realized that they were stolen by a staff member and they were never brought to police station … I was very disappointed at the whole situation …

Hotel is a few minutes from Termini station so excellent links to the airports. 30 minutes walk to the main sites but transport options are close by. Budget hotel for a few nights stay, old in decor and appearance but clean and warm. Daily room service and fridge, kettle in room for convenience. Excellent free breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. If on a reasonable budget and for a few nights and you like a walk it is ideal. I'd stay here again when in Rome.

Staff were rude on arrival and throughout the stay. There were construction workers drilling at 6am directly outside of our room inside the hotel. Location is good and room is average. Wouldn't stay again, but it did the job.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main Roma Termini station. It’s walking distance to many sights. Staff was approachable, and the paid buffet breakfast was sufficient.

The hotel is very close to the central terminal but the hotel needs some maintenance. The room was ugly and needed some paint. It looked very old and neglected.

Staff and cleanliness was amazing, but definitely needs to be updated. No electronic access to your door and had a massive key that you had to keep at reception every time you left, our door was coming off its hinges, no kettle in the room and very noisy from the restaurants downstairs. Great for location, close to the terminal and sites. Though the terminal area didn’t feel safe.
