A perfectly acceptable airport hotel
The hotel was convenient, a few minutes walk from the train station and to the airport. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had dinner at the restaurant. The service was good as was the food. It is a perfectly acceptable airport hotel.

Connect to the airport 10 minutes walk to airport that’s the only reason we are staying We have to wake up at 5 am to catch early morning flight so this is pretty much the only choice Really pricy

Nice but way too much heat
Overall, the hotel was good. However, the rooms were so hot from the heater that it was difficult to sleep. The front desk sent maintenance up, but it did not resolve the issue.

Disappointed and frustrated
My flight was cancelled on Xmas eve and we were not able to make it to Rome to this hotel. Given that this was unexpected circumstances and that we were travelling with a newborn, i had asked the property / Expedia to kindly waive the cancellation fee which was not possible. This was highly disappointing given our situation and I would have appreciated more flexibility and understanding from the Hilton group.
