Right at the heart of everything with easy transport links to tourist destinations, it was perfect! Easy check in, fast internet and air conditioning were musts and didnt disappoint.

It would have been nice to have been welcomed by someone. There is absolutely no one at the property. Except on our way out, a man showed and did not speak English nor Spanish. The little bit we understood by body language is, he was there to collect the keys, the city tax money(which, we wish it was included with the initial purchase) and to assure we were out of the premises at the exact time(no more, no less=0 flexibility). Lastly, the building has a moldy smell. For the first two days, through Expedia platform, we were able to communicate and they were fast to reply.

It was too difficult for seniors to get in and out of the property. It was so hard for us because the elevator does not stop by our door, we had to take 7-8 steps down then another 4-5 steps up to go to the room.

One thing for sure, Muna is the best. She made our stay, worry free. All the questions we had, she answered. She even suggested places where we could eat and visit. When we needed a ride somewhere, she saved us (late at night) how amazing.

The property was comfortable and very well cared for. The mattresses were soooooo comfy, and our room had everything we needed. Muna was clear & helpful both prior to our stay, and during. She even arranged for our ride from the airport which was very appreciated. The location is not the most picturesque neighbourhood in Rome, but we felt safe, and comfortable, and could easily walk to the train station (Roma Terminali), and major sites (Colosseum only 15 minute walk) where you can jump on any of the hop on/hop off buses to get around the city. We would stay here again, and recomend it to others!

Staff were very nice, and being close to termini really made it easy to get around not only Rome but Lazio as well. Nice rooms, very comfy beds, good water pressure (by Italian standards.) I would love to stay there again next time I’m in the city

Clean and convenient
Nice and clean room, great location for Termini station but still very quiet. Personal service with friendly staff available on WhatsApp. Even though we didn’t meet anyone, the communication was great and instructions easy to follow. Nice touch to be sent recommendations for nearby restaurants and gelato places. Worth noting that there is no luggage storage facility after checkout, but that didn’t affect us. Would definitely stay here again, great value for money.

This was the cheapest place we could find during our stay in Rome and while the location was great (a few minutes walk to a bus stop and metro) and Muna was helpful and responds fast, the hotel cleanliness was questionable. When we checked in, there was some food wrapper and garbage left underneath the bed and there is a really bad smell (sewer smell) coming out of the drain in the bathroom, probably from the pipes. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. There was also a miscommunication regarding the city tax as they only accept cash which we were not informed ahead of time and no receipt was provided when we paid. There is no reception desk so you have to communicate with them via WhatsApp. If you don’t have a lot of budget this is passable but I would say, up your budget a little bit to get a better hotel and service.
